Nice!
All kidding aside, it's a bit of a mixed bag for me. I much prefer the characters in the original, but there are some moments in this comparison that look quite nice in how much more lush and alive the nature feels in the Remaster. For instance, @0:35 on this comparison video w the moss covered statue.
For $10, I'll take a second plunge. I wouldn't have paid full price, so good on them for making this move.

Yea, very reasonably priced too. I just paid 13.99 to get the upcoming November DLC, bundled. 7.99 by itself.
Berserk is a gem I was waiting for, and I just love the documentaries and material included in the timeline.
Thanks! Yea I look forward to jumping in this weekend.
This will be the PS6 re-rerelease. Just look at that detail!

Yea for sure, if you can pull it off w a nice glossy coat, go for it! I'm afraid I'd screw it up.
@Jingsing Huh? This article is about Playstation games on PC.
You literally said that people are not prepared to buy Sony games on PC for a high price and you won't personally buy them if they aren't on disc in the same sentence. You make no sense.
This is off topic, so I'll flag it as so.
"I'm not prepared to buy Sony games that aren't on a disc at a reasonable price."
Show me where you can buy any PC games on disc now days. I'm waiting.
They should sell the Console Faceplates separately. Sure, you won't get the grey interior, but at least they're still cool for those not looking to upgrade.
Ok, that's definitely understandable then.
I have no problem logging into my XBox account either on Steam to get achievements on the handful of titles I play. I actually just picked up Sunset Overdrive FINALLY, bc it's on sale for only 4.99. I lost hope that it would come to PS4/PS5.
Great price for Dragon's Dogma 2, I think I'm going to take the plunge!
Raise the pitchforks!
But seriously, I don't understand the fuss. I'd want to get my PSN trophies on my PC titles if I were to buy Playstation games on PC.
It's amazing how out of touch with gamers they've been for over a decade, and its only gotten worse.
The biggest innovation that I saw in that time was their "indie" arm w titles like Child of Light, and in VR with Eagle Flight and Transference. Loved all 3 of these titles. I want to see more of that side of Ubisoft, the one who takes risks.
This wasn't supposed to be a redesign, it's just a new commemorative color.
A redesign will come with time. The rumors are already out there.
The prospect of having a proper Nintendo VR is exciting.
I'd die for another Astrobot on PSVR2, as the Rescue Mission on PSVR1 was incredible. Sony showed how amazing platformers can be in VR, and I have no doubt Nintendo could do some equally amazing things IF they were to embrace the platform.
@Zeke68 Oh good, you just made my job easier. You need to write that letter, man. Please also list 10 things you like about @blackblades so that he can sleep snuggly tonight, ok?
@blackblades Why are you so worked up about this? I see exactly 4 people who responded to your comment on that screenshot that you posted. That's it.
I can PM those 4 people and see if they will be willing to write you an apology letter and send it to you in the mail so you can frame it or something?
@frawrex Or... the couple of dozen people who interacted with his comment on that day does not equate to everybody?
I never even read that article or that comment until he linked it above.
It's just weird seeing him getting twisted out of place by a select number of users on that day. I believed Horizon Zero Dawn would be a $10 upgrade, and I'll be picking it up for sure bc I never Platinumed the game & would like to.
**Al...
You make it sound like you were the only one in the world saying it. Many people expected this. But here you go, here's your round of applause that you seek. 👏
Says the guy who's comment history is full of nothing but negative, trollish comments. Literally every single one of them, lol
I'm old too. We can either grow up and keep our youthful, fun-loving nature... or we can grow up to be the old man who shouts at people to get off their lawn.
