I'm thinking of this as a great move for VR adoption for the masses at that price. I just want to see VR support grow, whether it's Quest, PSVR2, Vive etc. I much prefer running my games off of Steam, but the Q2 was a great entry into that access. Now PSVR2 players have that option too. Hoping that support will continue to grow!
*Btw, check out Subside that just hit Steam VR. It is an INCREDIBLE diving game for VR. Man, I love it.

I wasn't a Minecraft fan until VR. It heightened the experience for me, but I prefer to use texture packs to improve the look a little bit.
I'm slightly bummed about the drop of PSVR support bc I was starting co-op w my daughter w this. Her on the PSVR Minecraft, and myself on the PC version w my Quest 2. :\

Well, they did just announce a native PS5 version the other day. Maybe there's hope, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
So pretty much it's a plucking mess on Switch, glad we're getting it free w PS+ over on PS5, bc it's getting some great reviews over there. Look forward to jumping in!
Lol, oh boy. I just bought the Dragon Quest Builders 2 Season Pass DLC last week, despite not owning the game on Playstation. I know it's a risk we are accepting, but it's just funny that the announcement of removal comes 1 week after buying. Oh well. Looks like I'll be buying the game. Again. I owned it on Switch, but my kids wanted to play multiplayer across the PS4 and PS5.
What the heck are these character designs? They seem out of place in this world, lost all the charm of the original games. The games had a nice style to them. I get that they're trying to make the game appeal to older audiences, but the world itself didn't change much, so it just looks odd. (like at the part when they're fighting the cartoon looking gophers)

True story, minimum wage in the country where I currently live is €820 a month before taxes. It was €760 up until January when they raised it. The PS5 Pro is €799 here. An entire month's wage for many people.
I thankfully don't make minimum bc I work w international clients, but keep in mind that not every country is as rich as yours.
Night and day difference bc some people won't be able to pay their power bill to keep the lights on after buying a PS5 Pro!

Yea, €799 here, which is roughly $880 at the moment. I'm fine sticking with the OG PS5, then upgrade my PC to an RTX 4000 line within the next year.

@RaidenBlack Yea, if you reread my comment, you'll see I said play PS4 games natively and just "stream" PS5 games.... like pretty much a Portal Pro. ;)

@RaidenBlack - A Playstation handheld that can natively play all PS4 games and stream PS5 games? I'd rather save my money for that! Hopefully no more than $400-450 though.

That boss redesign @0:40 on this trailer actually looks pretty badass to me! I mean, considering the scope of this Remaster, they did a good job of really making him pop in a new way. That's a lot more detail than the original.
