Regardless of ur loyalties to a particular brand, everyone seems to be in agreement that this e3 will be like no other. And brilliant for it. The first e3 with all the new consoles out, new franchises and sequels, im gunna b glued to the news reel.
I thought it looked like a more colourful, more insane version of dead rising lol, only way i can describe it to people who ain't seen it yet.
With the random events and online capabilities along with the most complex a.i. It will have a considerable replay value.
Well that's where u and i differ. When this game was 1st announced a few years back ive wanted it. Now its less than 3 weeks away. And just because its on more than just new gen consoles doesn't mean theyve held the new gen version back, they do their beat with the new system and just scale back with older software and hardware. This game is the one many have been waiting for. They seem to have made the delay worth while. And i hope it becomes a classic.

I think itll be about contact with a new species, enemy or not. Not necessarily the first contact war. I think i read somewhere that bioware dnt wanna do a prequel as well.
Well i have no doubt it feels special, 1st e3 with all the new platforms, and lotsa new games to show off. Its bound to be fun to watch.
Tbh I've yet to see any real evidence as to why it will not improve xb1. The proof will be in the pudding though.
I don't understand the huge hype for indie support. I knw its good to support the little studios and so on. But who here as bought a console soley for indies? Very very few, people get consoles for the big AAA games. I dnt knw a single person who doesn't own a console with no major titles.
There not my concerns, they are concerns ive heard from friends saying there ps4 is just an expensive dvd player atm due to no games that interest them.
and yes i agree with what u say with the beginning of the consoles lifespan not being as important as the end, eight years later itll b alot better.
the ps2 had dozens of games available at the launch of the console, it was part of the appeal to buy one at the time. Cant hurt to start well.

I understand ur view. But I think the 360 was better, it might not have been as technologically better, but it was more accessible. Easier to develop for and a lot cheaper. The ps3 did have really good exclusives I will give u that. But when the 360 came out and the ps3 wasn't gonna come for another full year, nope. And the £600 price tag was a bit steep.

Indeed, i agree with you, the best games are still to come. But of all the games that Sony have, a large percentage are indies, while they are good. They are not the reason people got a ps4. People want AAA games. Now im not going to criticize any games because of the risk of fanboy backlash. Well whatever is shown, both Sony and Microsoft both knw they have to pull off a stellar show to grab the limelight. Ps4 are selling well but they have to answer concerns of the lack of AAA games.
xbox one will have to just be a show of games games games with a plethora of new ip and sequels to other games that we all know and love.
