The gameplay will redeem it.
I think it will, the graphics still looks great, i just think people expectations have changed since the last trailer, watch the last gameplay demo from last year, and then look at the recently released story trailer, ull c it hasn't been downgraded. Plus it seems to have depth ive never seen in a game before. It is a must buy for me.
For anyone who will listen, this is not xb1/ps4 graphics. The trailer released earlier today was leaked on the xbox 360dashboard preview. So this is last gen graphics. The best is yet to come
960p and 1080p? Ud have to look at it with a magnifying glass to notice any real difference. Look at ryse. Less resolution than either, yet from a purely graphical standpoint, no game can touch it. Just goes to show this resolution gate has blown way out of proportion, the game engine, lighting, frame rate and textures are far more important, set any pc to 1080p with a low texture and it will look awful compared to a 900p game set to higher texture. Ah but this gen so far doesn't have that many games available compared to all the games available 7 years ago, true if ur not a sci-fi fan ul never be interested. But i didn't get the first on till a long while after its release.

Quite simply the best trilogy in gaming history. Nothing comes close, the storyline mixed with the universe it was in with so much depth and detail, it was designed to tug at people heart strings and it succeeded brilliantly. So any person who has never played it who has a xb1 or ps4 would probably get it if they like sci-fi. And fans of the series wouldn't miss a chance to live the adventure again.
Gameplay>graphics. Prettier graphics is nice but a brilliant storyline and fun gameplay will trump that everytime. Look at skyrim,lets face it not the best graphics the world has ever seen but was one of the best games of the previous generation of consoles. On the other hand, crysis has the best graphics of any previous generation game yet no-one can day crysis is better than skyrim and not get laughed at.
I think the game is getting slated far more than it should. And i have two reasons why. 1 its a reboot of a classic which people didn't like the idea of so they will focus more on the bad points than the good, and lets face it the stealth genre in gaming is like marmite, love it or hate it.

Yes u did miss something, its not that ps4 cant do 6v6, its that the xb1 can render a multiplayer game using a form of cloud computing far better than ps4

Added with cross-gen games, diminishing returns and developers getting used to a new platform, only a fool would expect it all so soon
Hang on. Y is everyone claiming the xb1 is failing? It sold more in its first 100 days than the 360 did, and that broke records. So in fact its doing very well. Just that ps4 is selling like hot cakes, its the equivalent of an athlete breaking a world record, and the next guy right after him breaks his. So they are both doing extremely well and are going to do well in the future.

Crazy innit?! How is it now Sony fanboys run this site? Xb1 is fantastic with the best AAA games available, and with a kinect that is truly innovative. Ps4 is a powerhouse of a console with a good future ahead of it, as does the xb1. They r both great. Disagree if ur a fanboy.
