Most will agree that back when Jason/Vince were running IWs games, they were the highlight of the CoD franchise. MW1/MW2 were actually good, both in storytelling and replayability in the MP.
46 people resigned IW back when Jason/Vince got canned and ever since IW has just been trying to regain it's footing.

What makes people think that PSVR will be more affordable. I mean the PS VR has an external processor attached to it to bring it's power up to par. And these headsets aren't cheap to make.

Well the Gears community called out Epic/People can Fly for what Judgement was.
While the Halo community accepted a lot of the changes in Reach because it was Bungies last game but rejected the same things built on in Halo 4.
But Coalition was smart to open up their Forums to feedback when they were assigned the Gears IP.
FYI every competitive game has people who can carry a team. I didn't say it was a tactical shooter... I said there's a strategic component in the moment of battle.
I was decent at Wall bouncing and loved when 3 added a proper counter to it for people who can aim at a moving target. But there is a strategic component to combining wall bouncing with multiple uses of weapons.

Horde 3.0 and Beast 2.0. If they had to delay Gears for them I'd accept that.
Rod did confirm this is that he has more resources than he ever had with a Gears title for Gears 4. So lets hope they give us Horde mode still.

Uncharted MP never stood on equal ground with Gears. Maybe the UC2 days were decent but the Gears is an adrenaline pumping strategic masterpiece.
A game where you can rock it with starters that aren't broken.
Wall bouncing was countered pretty well in Gears 3.
They just need to build on GoW3. The Retro was the only real counter to the Gnasher at closer range. I mean it was the best to just drain wall bouncers by keeping range.

Last time I checked ReCore is hitting X1/Windows 10. And FYI Armature is working with Comcept on this. So American and Japanese.
Secret weapon means that they can build a franchise on ReCore. Who knows, it could be the diamond in the rough that MS discovers this gen. Same way Halo/Gears turned into Billion dollar franchises.
Sony will probably continue working on their partnership with Activision via future CoD/Destiny titles. That's how they'll work out a deal for a Crash licensed game.
But as far as Spyro... That'll probably never happen, as much as I would love for it to happen. They wouldn't want to create product confusion with Skylanders.
But Sony doesn't have the capital to make that type of investment and even if they did it wouldn't be in their be...
