And like AC... They'll build on it with each game. Adding new mechanics and doing what they can to make it an even better experience.
If people like me enjoyed Watch Dogs it's a good bet they'll enjoy Watch Dogs 2.
@Sweaty
PSVR is definitely going to be more than the PS4. Given that it's got an external processor unit that has to be factored into price.
Sony will probably try selling it at a loss and make money back on Software. But if it came out at $350 I'd be worried about how cheap the product actually is.
We'll see how the HTC Vive is priced. It could be that the parts are just too expensive.
@Eonjay
FYI it WAS March but they said that based on pre order numbers you'd get it at a later date.
Now it's April... Probably later in the day it'll be May.
Lucky you're not in Canada... $849.99. I'm going to be at work thinking about if I should put the money down. Probably going to wait for HTC Vive price.
You already need a pretty intense GPU 970/290 or Higher to run VR games decently.
Yeah.... Time to wait for HTC Vive and see what they charge.
Edit
@U4one.... I know. It just sucks being in Canada with the dollar in the toilet and it's this expensive. I put a lot of money into my Rig so might as well.
Doesn't pressure people to pre order it right away. That's good for those on the fence of making the purchase due to getting their rig up to date.
So you're saying Porn is reserved for teenagers? What world do you live in?
OMG this Quantum Break article is cringe worthy FFS the dude can't even spell the names of the Protagonist/Antagonist actors (Shaun Ashmore/Aiden Turner?)
When did we manipulate time in Max Payne? No Remedy INVENTED Bullet-time. And now they're taking it a step further.
Compares the story to Sharknado... My god who is this kid?
Yeah when VR gets off the ground it'll be here to stay. But I'm not sure about PSVR
Since HTC Vibe and Oculus Rift both have access to Porn VR which is seller feature for a lot of people who I talk to about VR.
Not exactly how I wanted the IP to be used but I do enjoy turn based tactical games and Hatebrained did a terrific job on the Shadowrun franchise.
I do hope one day we see MS put some funding into Mech Warrior/Assault.
I feel Scalebounds delay is more comforting. The devs know the time they need to get the game just right and since Scalebound is the most ambitious game for Kamiya and Platinum, it only makes sense that they give it the 4-5 year dev time it deserves.
I'm glad it's not another Watch Dogs situation... A month before it's supposed to launch they delay it 6 months.
Square didn't fund RoTR... I doubt they're complaining about it.
That's the point of Windows 10. to bring the PC/Xbox together for games it can work on.
Obviously competitive games like Halo/Gears probably will never hit W10. But this is great for New IPs and Seed development because it gives them a massive install base to work from. Especially since it's been confirmed that W10 is on 200 Million devices(Includes Phones/Surface/PC/Laptops/X1s)
Sam Lake is a tease.
I personally would love another Banjo game. But I see that happening down the road once Gregg(Director of Banjo) ships Sea of Thieves.
When Alan Wake 2 does happen it'll take a while for Remedy to get it off the ground. They don't half ass it.
Twin Peaks is starting up soon. So Alan Wake 2 will have plenty of inspiration. (Sam Lake gets his inspiration for Alan Wake from David Lynchs Twin Peaks)
That's the point of Windows 10/X1 Cross Play... Cross buy will be a thing for games like Fable Legends/Gigantic where they're F2P but you purchase certain things from them.
VGChartz is constantly proven wrong. Why people use it as an example just boggles my mind.
Contract Ninja Theory to Reboot Kung Fu Chaos (They made the first one).
