This is awesome. As much as I like some of the more serious sims on PC, Forza is just more fun. It's certainly going to be the most career focused and customizable PC racing title which to me are the most important parts.
I don't get it either. Nintendo consoles sell because of the games, not because of the gimmicks (at least in my personal opinion).
Nintendo did just fine with more traditional controls from their very first console alllll the way to the GameCube.

I can't wait to see it. While I think the PC versions of the "Year One Survival Edition" was a massive waste of time and completely shoddy, and quite honestly a slap to the face of their loyal fans, I have to say that the game itself is probably one of the better survival games out.
Especially unique is the mostly, if not completely open, buildings that litter the map. Made the game feel more "real" I suppose. Over all enjoyed the game.
OK, please, someone mind telling me what is sooooo amazing about this game? I mean, I get that it's made by a respected developer, for sure, and I get that it looks fun, for sure, but otherwise all I'm seeing is a rather average/generic third person cover shooter.
I've watched the game play videos, the developer interviews, what the story is about, etc but everyone seems to be losing their minds about this game and it's just not doing any of that for me.
$5,000? Come on, Acer. You can literally get a 4K projector for that which, while it may not have the same short throw distance, can still do 21:9 at a better resolution but will probably have better over all picture quality as well.

I've had 2 projectors now and haven't had any noticeable latency on any of them. One even did true 120Hz at 720p!

Their games aren't bad, it's just all the bullshit around them. Whether it's the lying ASS videos and screenshots showing a game that doesn't actually look that good, them lying about stuff being downgraded (like The Division multiple times), the complete SHIT that is UPlay and everything around it like it's crappy servers, announcing games WAY too early, etc.

I've enjoyed all his works. All I can say is that I hope he continues in some fashion. Loved the Alice games, Madness Returns definitely went unappreciated over all.

VR headsets are going to become the next console war. Oculus vr. Vive vr. all the other headsets out there.
I really wish all this started with like a DirectX VR or some universal API so we don't have to play this exclusive BULLSHIT with these. No way in HELL am I going to own multiple VR headsets for this or that game. Ridiculous.

If you watch comparison videos GTA 5 was really cut back in the character physics department versus GTA 4. The Euphoria engine was nearly in full effect in GTA 4 where as in GTA 5 it was pretty well reduced (some believe due to the processing power of last-gen consoles).
So yeah, while stuff like this is awesome, I just wish they had it from the beginning.
