Sweet, ill be keeping a close eye on this game
''Despite being open-world'' Im pretty sure most open world games this year are very well received lol. just look at The Witcher 3, Arkham Knight and Far Cry 4
(Edit) I misread the article a little, thought he meant the trailers etc, not playable demos
Exactly, both seem motivated to bring the best tech possible for the gaming/entertainment industry, and work together developing it.
Instead of going head-to-head for the sake of winning over the most supporters
I would be much happier with aluminium controllers (excluding the buttons) No more worries when accidently dropping them:D
hmm alright that clarifies a few things, thanks
Ill probably try it later on then, when its around the 20-30 price range
So wait, is this a full new Borderlands title? or more like MGSV: Ground Zeroes..
Forgive my ignorance, I haven't really followed it up to this point
They will have to keep creating new IPs, if they wish to keep up in todays industry. Building on existing franchises is possible, but unless its super popular like CoD or another Assasins Creed, it won't bring them very far
Both looked very stale and nothing really new, reskinned versions of the previous titles. Its good most people finally notice that
So much more better games coming out aside of shooters.
As for multiplayer fps though.. R6 looked alot more interesting than both Hardline and CoD combined lol
oh man ._. will be 8 long months
I remember the game From Dust also having nice water physics, it was very different and less advanced maybe, but it worked really good
As someone said above, tech demos can sometimes tell you what the future might bring. always interesting to watch
@thekhurg
Yes indeed, id like to add Far Cry 4 to that list aswell, and some other less hyped games perhaps.. 2015 will be better but, theres still something to look forward to coming months.
I understand the frustration of some people about the delays though
Thats really cool, should be a standard for all AAA games to include the OST, or atleast some nice info booklets.
I dislike empty ass cases with only the disc in it
Neat, one question though about the standard physical copy.. does it come with the soundtrack disc aswell?
I believe he said so but just making sure, cause that would be freaking amazing
Or only buy a game when its complete & working properly. Todays I never pre-order anything or buy games day1, not even my fav series.
For too many times i bought a game based on hype and impluse, but this year im taking a very close look at everything im getting, and wait atleast one week after the official release to see if its worth buying.
I dont mind spending full price on a game as long as it delivers, but im done gambling
Good vid, I passed on Watch Dogs for several reasons, one being that the world feels a little bland
Might just be me though, atmosphere is one of those things that make a game rememberable
Well explained, I sometimes really wonder what the future will hold (10-20y from now) should things keep going like this.
I dont really worry about gaming though, sure the big companies might try screw us over (and some will bend over).
But for the ones that refuse to, theres more than enough upcoming devs and devs with common sense (CD Projekt) that will continu to breathe life into gaming.
More than anything I see the community dividing in 2 s...
Looks very interesting, although ill probably wait till its finished entirely
@Zod
I think i read somewhere it has multiplayer, not 100% sure though.
I hope GG will deliver this time, they are very good when it comes to tech and graphics department, but never really shined in story and game mechanics. Perhaps this will change that
Yh ill wait this one out aswell
Slashing someone in half seems like a cool takedown move to me. Also he explained there will be an advanced parrying system, perhaps with counters. Its not just hack&slash
