H1Z1 was among the top played until PUBG released and all the biggest streamers moved to it and now it is losing a little bit of steam because bigger streamers like Summit1G and Lirik now dont touch PUBG and only plays Fortnite.

Forza devs dont get paid by how much work they do, they get paid by what their salary is on their contract. And as far as I know, the Forza team hasn't downsized recently so costs are have never lower and only risen.
