How could they allow "sharing music" anyway wouldnt that be the same as peer-to-peer networks like bittorrent and limewire, just think of the lawsuits

Graphics dont make a good game. Since BOTH the 360 and Wii have more AAA exclusives than the PS3 and most (espically the Wii) dont rely on graphics
After the 360 pricecut in the UK im sure the Wii has seen some decrease in sales since it doesnt even sellout in shops anymore.
Im starting to think the Wii fad is starting to slow at least in the UK anyway and hopefully after the US pricecut the same thing should happen there
Why with the pre-planned DLC you'd think they would just put it in the game to begin with rather than wait till after the release, especially with the PS3 and bluray

But im pretty sure this game will get plenty of 9s and 10s when it release just for the fact that its the first RPG to have online co-op
Unless they cut the price with its launch i dont see any casual gamers choosing this over the Wii.
Even though LBP is the far superior game Nintendo could easily market Animal Crossing in the same way as LBP. And since Nintendo is FAR better than Sony at marketing i think Animal Crossing will take a lot of sales away from LBP
IF you factor out Japan the sales will be very VERY close. Since a lot of JRPG fans will have a 360 due to the amount of exclusive JRPGs the 360 has.
But unlike games such as GTAIV and even Resis Evil 5, FFXIII is a game which doesnt appeal to the core 360 audience so while it may outsell the PS3 verison it will be by very little, if it outsells it at all.
Also there are a lot of people who were waiting to buy a PS3 just for FF, but since the 360 is cheaper those peo...

When the $139.99 edition of Gears debuted on its FIRST DAY it still hit no.1 while R2 cant even get to the top 25, and where the hell is the standard edtion of the game?????? in an unclassified position!!!
Oh and as we speak its rank is getting LOWER and LOWER!!!!!!
A lot of those features rely on devs taking extra time to implement them.
And since a bunch of FRIST PARTY devs cant be bothered to implement trophies and in game music what makes you think they will bother with spaces and arcade machines
And what 'events' are you taking about, if anything they will be similar to MS's Gameshows
And another thing i dont think HOME can be accessed IN-GAME so to do a bunch of the standard features of LIVE you have to exit your ga...
Why are all you guys so excited the Gear 2 $139.99 limited edition debuted at No. 1 for a week and is still in the top 25.
R2 debuted at 76 at a cheaper price and its going to be release before Gears. I guess if a PS3 game had the No. 1 spot everyones heads who likely exploded
With the Fall Update
It lets you do everything HOME has to offer and much more with a much simplier and more efficent user interface, which can be accessed ingame at anytime.
The only feature HOME has over Live is the ability to make your own appartment which doesnt really help you get into an online game at all.
Oh and another exclusive feature you can make you avatar dance in HOME....:)
Why is Amazon rated so highly for sales figures, i mean Halo 3 has never left the top 75 on the overall charts since it was released.....a year ago, its even ahead of R2 as well but does that really mean its still selling like crazy?
Wow you can access the whole of the orginal dashboard ingame, thats really REALLY impressive
MS sures knows how to keep itself several steps ahead of the competition on the online front
i think the main reason for this must be that they dont believe their software can sell by itself and they're probably right since compared to MS and Nintendo they have the lowest attach rate and eventhough they're selling a lot of hardware their software sales are below average

No wonder Sony's gaming devision makes no money, cause they bundle every big game with the console instead of letting it stand alone

@7.2 Cinsidering its MS we're talking about youre probably right and they'll likely not stop at just Gears 360
@7.3 Personally i see the 360 has a much more varied and stronger line-up
VP 2, Banjo 3, Fable 2, Gears 2, Left 4 Dead, Last Remnant compared to SOCOM, R2, Motorstorm, LBP. 360 has a lot more genre covered for both Hardcore and causual
The likely hood of this going to the PS3 is the same as FFvsXIII going to the 360
Nomura loves the the PS3 while Tri-ace loves the 360 but Square Enix love making money so dont expect them to stay exclusive for long
