It should've been called Star Wars Battlefield from day one as they stripped so much from the original Battlefronts.
In my opinion, both Destiny and this are not huge steps from their first games. Both first entries were disappointments somehow so I'm not buying them until I see good reviews.
If anything, Sony will easily beat MS like every year, Scorpio doesn't change anything in this competition. It's MS that has to prove themselves this year, otherwise Xbox is doomed.
Simply put, timed exclusivity is worse for this industry than it is good for any individual. Microsoft has so much money, why don't they develop their own exclusives instead of buying them...?
I think HDMI 2.1 will fix these issues somehow.
I did have a 65" OLED and it was easily noticeable in HDR mode.
Not sure how it is now since it was updated, but mine also had some issues with motion handling so I sent it back.
^I'm gaming on a 65" QLED for 3 months now and didn't have any problems with input lag yet.. and I'm playing a lot of different games including racers and FPS.
Only professional gamers should feel a difference between a good TV (there are bad ones, of course) and a good gaming monitor.
It IS delusional to some degree. Some sites even gave the "win" to Microsoft last year when they mostly showed third party titles that come out on PC and PS4 as well. This is E3, the biggest gaming event of the year - if you don't can't keep up with your competition you don't deserve to be praised.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sony outshines everyone else COMBINED in terms of games this year. There's not much that can compete with TLOU 2, GoW 4 and Days Gone and then there's also GT Sport, Detroit, Ni No Kuni 2, Dreams, a new Sucker Punch game and probably much more. This year already was amazing for PS4 users but Sony doesn't seem to stop anytime soon.
Microsoft needs much more than they showed in the last 3 years to even reach the expectations the com...
@Armyntt
I've not even said that's their main business strategy, who is the dense one here?
We all know their main business strategy - ridiculous subscriptions and Halo/Gears/Forza. Any sane person can tell you how weak that is for a company with resources like Microsoft. Bill Gates himself could easily run five full game studios that would make Xbox more attractive again and actually bring this medium forward instead of releasing the same generic crap every year.
I can't even remember a E3 Sony didn't won, they've outdone everyone else for the past 4 years or so.
So glad I live in a country that is not 500 years behind everyone else.
I don't get this obsession with BC. If you care about old games so much, don't buy a new console. It might be a good feature for the start of a generation but if I owned an XB1 right now, I would be pissed by Microsofts ridiculous business strategy.
Redout is better than Formula Fusion but they both can't compete with the quality of Wipeout.
Well I've played SoM on my PS Vita three years ago. At this point, these old games should be free so that anyone can enjoy them.
I'm not even close to being excited about another CoD, not sure who you are speaking for. For me to become interesting again, CoD needs a complete overhaul.
Sad that Activision is still in business...
So you define the "best console gaming experience" by it's power instead of it's games?
Then a PC might be the right platform for you.
My guess is Xbox N9neGBofGDDR5 so that everyone understands.
I can't believe they've been working on this instead of KOTOR 3... EA's management should've been replaced a long time ago.
