This is hillarious, cricket - really?
It's such a joke that i might actually have buy it and play it immensely!
Five days of gameplay footage live @ dota2.com -> replays should be up now.
Will you sue Sony, Microsoft and Blizzard also? :)
- Please do it properly if you even consider this.
I think those four look incredibly good.
Doubt you will see HL before 2015 :)
Can't wait!
A very simplistic guide, but good nevertheless!
What people need to understand with these games, is that there will always be a bad community!
The game is a team game and you are ultimately dependant on your teammates. Even if you get incredibly strong with your own hero, if your teammates are terrible, you risk losing.
If you get flamed in this game, which will happen without a doubt. I have taken my fair share of rage with 2 years of DotA e...
There is a reason these games didn't get attention and yes, it is deserved.
Public Beta(Open Beta) will start after GamesCon and make it available for beta testing much like Heroes of Newerth. Slowly they will add heroes to the game and improve the game based on community feedback.
Living under a rock?
Defense of the Ancients(DOTA) is a mod created on WarCraft III's Map Editor with more than 20 million users across the globe.
Icefrog(The famous and most recent developer of the map) took statistics from the games download page(you can also download it in-game WC3) which estimated 7-14 million non-chinese people downloading the map and the chinese scene is twice as big.
The game is in closed beta, first seen one week ago. For one year i had four screenshots in total.
Valve will bring a storm, when a storm is called for.
Currently, the game needs testing and alot of playthrough to clean the game up and add existing content.
PR will come.
A website called "wiredcontroller.com" ; commentating on a PC exclusive? Go away.
Hard Reset sounds awesome.
Remember what upsides you get compared to losing the voices/skins.
I personally still think Blizzard did the best models ever with WarCraft III and the voice acting was superior to any game I've played since WC3's release.
Yet, I find comfort in knowing that I will no longer find myself unable to enter a game because my net dropped for two seconds, reconnection is finally in!
Not bad, but too bad that I will be watching Dota2 streams the entire time.
Riot Games has $5.000.000 for an entire season, weekly tournaments and lans.
Valve has $1.000.000 for one single tournament, before the game has even been launched.
Riot Games is scared, obviously.
The $5.000.000 covers an entire year of tournaments and weekly prizes.
While $5.000.000 is is alot, Valve is coming with a train that is unstoppable.
Why do you add a fan made placeholder? It makes no sense. It illustrates nothing of how CS:GO will be.
One Million Dollars ladies and gentlemen. Five days of incredibly eSport and a price pool to rock the socks off oldschool gamers.
Can't wait to play the BETA!
