^ Whew that irony...
It will.
Not sure why you believe it isn't selling well. Donkey kong has been top 10 in the UK charts since release.
$400 = Easy day one buy
$450 = Maybe a reluctant day one buy
$500 = Playing the waiting game
I honestly don't expect Nintendo to gain much from releasing their games on 3rd party consoles. People are conditioned to buy Nintendo games on Nintendo hardware. Once that changes, Nintendo will probably lose out on revenue as people pass on their underpowered console to wait for their game to release on a superior console. Tons of people only have a Switch for exclusives, and those exclusives sell better than most games on the other platforms and Nintendo is able to pocket the bulk of ...
Sounds like they may be going the Sega route, to the surprise of no one. Whether or not they keep a console is going to depend on how many of their console owners are subscribing to game pass. If that percentage falls too low compared to PC or Mobile, you can bet that xbox consoles will be gone.
Reminder that GTA V was released on the PS3.
Not just Switch 2 but most Steam gamers aren't using high end gaming rigs, so it would support those lower spec pcs as well.
The S holds back games from Xbox. It does not hold back any games for Playstation.
None of those games "require" boost services.
And when GTA 6 or call of duty show up on the Switch 2 but not the OG Switch, then what?
Not a Switch pro since the Switch 2 will have games not available on the OG Switch.
Seeing as the OG dock won't support the new Switch, not including the dock would be a terrible move for the consumer.
I'm not going through 221 slides, the information should have been in the article.
Regardless, we've all got our reasons for our place of purchase. Halo releasing on 3rd party consoles is great news.
Halo on Switch is an easy sell for me assuming they've got the gyro implemented correctly.
It's like they say: 'A delayed game could be eventually good. A rushed game is bad until its Day 500 patch' or something like that.

It was never just Sony and Nintendo. The Saturn and Dreamcast were around too. When dreamcast went away, xbox came in.
^ Sony already charges consumers to play PS3 games via PS Now Premium.
EA and Ubisoft don't produce consoles.
