It would be very telling, but there is no way either of them gives us that information. Best we can hope for is that it comes out in court for some reason.
How about people can spend their time and their money however they want? If they want to try and never finish a bunch of games, that's their choice. If they want to play fewer games but 100% all of them, then thats fine too. No one's use of free time is better than anyone else's.
Yeah, I'd be okay with turning off quick resume for very specific online games. (e.g: Ark survival evolved). With it on, I always have to manually quit and reopen ark (sometimes twice?) in order to connect to servers.
And yet so many people still complaining about what was there 6 years ago. They need to just let it go.
^ So would you be happier if instead they repackaged and resold it as the definitive edition? Give praise where praise is due. Criticize where cririticism is warranted. They messed up 6 years ago. Definitely. They've corrected their mistake since, absolutely.
Let the people who won't buy a device because it can't play 5 year old games, because they didn't buy a device that has been on the market for 6 years not buy it. Less competition for the rest of us to get one.
I don't have PS VR. That's on purpose. I do plan on getting PSVR2 with or without backwards compatibility. BC would have been nice but I'm interested in the PSVR2 for the new advancements it had made on the original. If I wanted the original, I would have bought the original.
I'm with you. I was pretty anti Rockstar before, but I'm anti jerk more.
^ I'm not sure that would make the developer's career any easier. I suspect it would make it a lot harder. And then to also do that to own their team would be awful.
^ While that's a funny thought. The facts are that the more people that like your favorite plastic box, the more people that will spend money on the plastic box, and the more money spent on that plastic box, results in more support going to that plastic box, which ultimately results in more games for you to play on your plastic box.
So that bit of marketing does help you in the end. But don't let those facts get in the way of a good funny.
*takes ...
Both of those numbers are wrong. Here are the correct numbers:

TLDR:
Xbox with instant on: 11 - 13 watts
Xbox with energy saver: 0.5 watts
...
Wow, this report was poorly done.
The Xbox series consoles have two standby modes : instant on and energy saver. In Instant on, it uses wayyy more energy than the PS5's standby mode. In energy saver mode, the Xbox series X uses less energy than the PS5's standby mode.
I mean we can pretend that Nintendo didn't just release major exclusives like Xenoblade Chronicles 3 or the very soon to be released Splatoon 2.
Has the meaning of buy one get one free changed?
It's so obvious how many people here didn't even read the article. It was pretty long but it's a very serious topic, that warrants serious discussion. Not "concerns" that were already addressed in the article.
"women should avoid prettying up perhaps?"
Yikes, way to casually blame the victim in there.
"My feeling is that if Microsoft can eliminate PlayStation, Microsoft will force cloud gaming on the industry as fast as they can get away with it."
It's a good thing Microsoft has been saying the exact opposite thing for all this time. But keep spreading fear and unfounded conspiracies.
But can it beat the original Xbox before the end of the year?
It's fast because it has been fixed.
^ No it's not. And in fact, they will likely be two very very different games.
