Playstation produces significantly fewer digital consoles than physical. Even now a quick search at my local stores shows the PS5 disc console in stock but the digital is out of stock.

I just bought a digital PS5 in February of this year. Had to set up in stock alerts just to purchase one. Meanwhile the disc PS5 was available everywhere at the time. Digital is definitely under-produced.

He has spoken truth. He said xbox has lost the console wars. I don't think he's ever said anything truer.

Unclear if you'll be able to re-download it. For most de-listed games, you can still re-download them even after they are removed from purchase. There are some rare exceptions though. Generally, you can assume that it can be re-downloaded unless they explicitly state that you cannot.

Digital copies are still playable after the end of the month.

It's funny (in a sad way) to think all the conspiracy theorists about Microsoft trying to take over the gaming industry were right. If Phil was a true gamer, he wouldn't be trying to buy Nintendo and Valve.

He even says he's willing to play the long game to do it.

I may have to make plans to pull out of the Xbox ecosystem altogether. It's sad because Xbox appears to making a lot of consumer friendly moves, but clearly their heart is in th...

Odd wording for headline. Better:

"All graphics modes in Spider Man 2 will support ray tracing"

On 1st read, I was like: "What is a No Graphics Mode?"

Digital data is only unavailable for Zelda (which is the only game with the asterisk)

Otherwise, every other game includes digital sales. See the snippet at the bottom:

"GSD digital data includes games from participating companies sold via Steam, Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, Nintendo Eshop. Major participating companies are Activision Blizzard, Bandai Namco, Capcom, Codemasters, Electronic Arts, Embracer Group (including Gearbox, Koch Media, Sabre...

Luckily reviews are more than just a score lol. There are usually lots of words that accompany them, but no one bothers to read those.

Why can't they just charge per license like any other development tool?

While we may not know the number sold. We do know that it was the number 1 sold game in the UK for at least a week, which is a big deal considering that it's only including xbox physical copies (since Steam doesn't do physical)

I won't go into a big rant here, but I believe that Roblox is among one of the worst things to happen to children. Even worse than Fortnite. Due to how it exploits children's desires to want the cool items (that cost Robux).

Want to jump higher Billy? Buy this coil for $2! Oh the coil broke!? That's okay, you can buy another one for $2. Like that cool item? Go ahead and buy it. Oh wait, the seller committed copyright infringement? We're just going to take th...

I mostly game on steam these days. Last I checked, you can't find a physical steam game.

Also, the main benefit of physical is for resale value / lending games / making your shelf look cool. I don't do any of those, so I'm cool with digital.

I still have a mostly useless collection of floppy disks from back in the day. Things change over time. Usually, it's for the better even if we can't see it in the present.

The...
