Ya right? Only slight sharper at 100% more frame rate, so weak. /s
Btw, the "JUST" double the frame rate is 100% more frame rate, which in theory requires 100% more power.
I don't get why so many people still say, PS5 Pro is just PS5 but slightly sharper. Is it really that hard to understand the concept?
Maybe the more hours the sooner?
This is the problem, if they still don't understand why, they really have no clues what they are doing...
A gamer decide to buy a $800 device and then choose to play a 18 years old game only and then complain about it, what a time to be a live.
Same for me, I am in a game within 2 seconds unless I am looking for a game to buy.
They need to find a new thing to bitch about everyday! I don't see anything problem with it as well, when I am on my console, I am either playing a game, or want to find out more about a game, i don't see how this change is making anything worse.
Although an option to turn them off would be good, I don't care either way.
Another day, another thing gamers try to make a big deal out of, something they probably don't even care before they see this article.
I don't know about you guys, I boot up my game before I even notice what the background image is when l highlight a game.
And why would it bothers me if it is telling me info related to the game? It was always supposed to tell me any information related to that particular fans even before this. Such as tips about t...
People don't understand the whole concept, if you compare a PS5 Pro screenshot to a PS5 fidelity mode screenshot, of course the difference is not big, but they miss the whole point that it is now 60fps instead of 30fps, that is 100% more framerate, how is that a small upgrade?
@Toecutter00, the awesome power is you get 60fps in fidelity, that is 100% more framerate, since when is 100% more framerate is "minimal" upgrades?
I will wait for your answer.
@jznrpg
To these haters, unless Sony release PS5 Pro with 50 new first party games that even 4090 can't run, otherwise, it is a cash grab!
@Toecutter00
So all of a suddent more power give you better graphics is a myth now? Throw out a crap argument and start to name calling now. If you don't see the benefits of playing fidelity mode in performance frame rate the the one who doesn't has "cents" is you!
Unless you can't tell the difference between fidelity mode and performance mode, you will see a major difference when you get both.
Gamers these days, played consoles all their life still can't tell more power give you better visual. You can argue that it is expensive but you can't say it is not better.
Can't complain for 9.99.
They redo all conversation mocap as well, I remember it was pretty bland back then.
Might replay it when I get a PS5 Pro.
Looks awesome, just don't forget the legend mode as well!!
If they focus on remasters then they are really don't know what we want, they need at least a couple reveals and one crazy announcement...
I fully aware that Nintendo is sueing them for patent law, not copyright. And I know Nintendo explored sueing them for copyright but couldn't build a strong case (according to some articles). But it all started because they copy pokemon designs, if those monsters looked nothing like pokemon, Nintendo wouldn't careless. It is not that I didn't read the article, it is you guys that naively think Nintendo cared about a game mechanic more than the image of the Pokemon franchise.
Sure, they are suing for patent, but it all started because pocketpair copy pokemon designs, otherwise Nintendo couldn't care less.
I do think Nintendo needs to chill on some smaller projects, but in this case, it is a company purposely copying pokemon designs and promoting it as Pokemon with guns, then sell it for money and even try to sell merchandises (according to the articles), I don't think that is acceptable.
And sure, disagree with me, so you can act like you fight for the small guys and feel awesome or whatever.
The "small difference" is 100% more frame rates, if 100% more frame rate is nothing to you then maybe you should go back to console as well. I don't get the mentality.
