You can get the basic Skyrim or "The Legendary Edition" for the PS3 or XBox360 and while both are 720p "The Legendary Edition" has all DLC. That is "Dragonborn", "Dawnguard" and "Hearthfire". It still has that annoying (PS3) 6MB bug in that when your saves get to 6MB or more the game freezes until the save completes and I have seen freezes of up to a minute. Blurays can be scratched but you really do have to go out of your way to do this. If you nick the printing then effectively the disk is toast, this is why I always recommend putting the disk back in its case or clear/shiny surface down.

One thing that may put off people is the attack lines which appear then you target an enemy or when an enemy targets you. Once you start getting "gambits" (they are not expensive to purchase) I suggest you turn off the attack lines. Actually, you can turn off the attack lines at any time.
