So you think just because a handful of people own the highest possible spec pc dev will throw 100 millon+ development cost to get the best out of your set up look at the past when a new gen comes along it always raises pc standards
At batman below pc do have generations they come in the form of direct x revisions but as you can see from the last one which hardly anyone supoports to its max potential

I think they will both have a high end gpu's it's in the interest of they both to give them the best because they will drive pc gpu sales as consoles are holding back pc graphics as it not worth game devs just makin an engine that will only run on a pc, both sony and ms do deals to manufacture the interenals themselves to keep costs down

Yes and the retailers will probably start to do what they did to the psp go and not support them, in England all the major retailers support trade in games including supermarkets and they make more profit from trade ins.

At firelogic not everyone is made of money if i borrow or lend anything to my friends why should they pay someone else, if they want to make money from there games they should make digital downloads much cheeper they don't have the shops taking there cu or the cost of printing the manual or pressing the disks but no the greedy bastards on xbox live charge more than i can buy it for new in the shops.

If its selling that well and is so successful where are all the psp games in the all format charts, sonys mistake with the psp was that most of the games were gimped ps2 games on a so call portable with a 2h battery life so of course psp owners bought the ps2 version
I've been really disappointed withthe fable series i even skipped fable 3 its not a patch on the zelda games or have the big influential discisions that mass effect has but tries unsuccessfully to sit inbetween the two doing neither very well.
All the versions make more money through ads than any game that has come out for the 360 or ps3 and the profit to dev cost margins will be incredible so yes it is the best game ever make from a business point of view.
I had a forcefeedback ms wheel for forza and didn't like it its the same with gt ive played that with the logitek wheel i also own kinect, i won't be driving with a pretend stearing wheel either but i will be useing the head tracking and the touching the cars and defo will be trying to paint with it and hopefully it will use the object recognition too. So as you can see kinect isn't just for stearing with in forza.
Most rpgs are on rails to some extent for story telling so it could be a good thing as it could focus the story or it could be a bad thing with it endin up more like an on rails shooter, i hope they use the object scanning like the did with the milo demo.
Why wait if your a real gamer you will own the best console available at the time, you can always say I will wait i never have, i bought a dreamcast rather than wait for the ps2 and it took the ps2 a good 2 years to catch up to it, i bought a 360 on launch and it took the ps3 a good two years to catch up as well, so i will buy a wiiU and wait for the rest to catch up.
Not on my crappy PC it isn't I love rpgs but my PC doesn't even like playing a HD movie, just like a lot of other console gamers I know too, I buy my consoles usually on launch knowing I'll get a good five years out of it at least I bet even a four year old PC couldn't play the witcher 2 but it no probs on the five an half year old console.
@nikola i think thats the main reason why the 3ds is flopping, there are so many different ds's now that they probably dont realize the 3ds is a big step up in power as well as a 3d display.
sony will have been watchin closely and made sure everyone would be able to see straight away its a new console.
I think the best way to hype the game would be to release a 3 or 4 car demo of the new autovista mode or whatever it called, it so visually impressive that copies will fly off the shelf at launch.
