where do i pre-order, i love how technology is going forward, the people that complain about crysis now will be able to play it at 1080p 60 frames on very high in 3 years time and they will all praise the lords of crytek for future proofing their games so well, as will I.
by 2015 there may even be better looking pc game than crysis also.......no doubt it will be crysis 3 to surpass it( if crysis 2 isn't better that is....we'll have to see what the multiplat has done to it)

not only are the manufacturing costs less for the disks,but companies that started to use blu ray disks would have to pay sony ridiculous licensing fee's and the most important point....
they would alienate the 99% of pc users who only have dvd drives...so even if blu ray adoption went up,there's no way they'd trade the 90% dvd user base for the 10% blu ray user base,and releasing on 2 formats because it would be pointless

i've never played a game that has had in game advertising and i never want to, i'll pay the extra purchase cost of the game rather than have the adds, but lets face it.....we all know they publishers wouldn't pass the savings on the the consumer anyway...so the games will cost the same as always no doubt...and just for the hell of it activision will jack up games by another $5-10

yeah it's not even at beta stage although it should be close, and once they have all the content/story finished, i'm sure they have a bunch of guys that optimize all the code etc
i have faith, if there's one thing that can be said, the engine will at least be waaaaaaaaaay better than the supreme commander engine, anymore than 20 units selected at a time would kill that game.........but i suppose that's what you get when you run 16qaa and max settings in an rts game :D
loved mass effect, the whole game comes under the epic category though, and surely crysis warhead and the giant alien walker deserved a mention

why do they announce games years before they are released, they should wait 6 months before then go all out with marketing
i don't think they will drop the price at all, supposedly the price of manufacturing the consoles has come down so much that they make alot of profit on the consoles alone, so even when the sales slow down, that's still an extra $50 a console straight into the company...
microsoft makes a small profit and sony makes a loss, so even if sales were the same as 360/ps3...they'd still be making so much more money than the others it won't make a difference, and you never know, nintendo...
the censorship is getting ridiculous, if they really do dumb down the aussie version, i'll just get the u.s version from amazon.com, i'm 99% sure that pc games have no region encoding, can anyone verify that?

if stopped gaming for long periods of time probably twice in my life...when buying games that don't mentally stimulate you makes you think your wasting you time.......and you feel like you've outgrown gaming.......but i always come back eventually, a new game comes out and i start getting back into it

what are you talking about, we got fear/fear 2 dead space, fallout 3, every single game the censors freaked out about, they ended up backflipping and we got they in the exact same form as other countries, except as mentioned above, the use of actual drug names in fallout 3..........but all the gore etc was all there
