I would guess that a dynamic 4k 30fps are the targets. I am really hoping for 1440p 60fps on consoles with Ray Tracing if possible.
PC no question is going to be just fine here. I will probably have to pick it up for my PC as well while the sales are still in tact, so i can also see it at its best on my EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3090. I didn't expect i would be able to get a hold of my new GPU, so i didn't even consider buying it for PC until now.
Good for Alanah! She works her ass off as a Content Creator and i imagine she will do the same at Santa Monica. Her hard work and connections in the industry have definitely worked to her advantage and i'm nothing but excited for her. Can you imagine working your ass off for so many years to finally achieve your dream job? Can only be happy for her and excited to see how this new role plays out. Shes been making moves in the industry for quite some time (IGN, Rooster Teeth and now So...
So interesting thing here is that it looks like it chugs on the Xbox One X. This makes me think that performance on all of last gen hardware is going to not be so great. You can definitely see the dips on the One X below 30fps pretty consistently. The Series X looks like it is obviously 30fps locked using BC, so that is at least good (I imagine PS5 will have similar results with BC). PS4 Pro is going to really struggle with this game or have to down res to like 720p to get consistent fram...
Probably my favorite racing game outside of the Burnout series. Looking forward to playing this in BC for better performance. Mainly had to play this on PC since the console versions were so bad framerate wise, but looking forward to lay back on my couch and play this game the way it was meant to be played.
This game is an unexpected surprise hidden gem. My wife and I have been slowly but surely getting through the game to platinum it together. Definitely the only couch coop game for PS5 that is currently out. Couch coop is such an enjoyable experience, its a shame that it has sort of gone the way of the wind for the most part. Hopefully we will see more couch coop this generation that we have seen previous.
This game has been fantastic so far. I get BOTW with a mix of Witcher vibes with this one. Story content isn't as compelling as Witcher, but mechanics and gameplay are very satisfying.
Gameplay is awesome and does similar things to get my nastalgia pumping like Super Mario World did for SNES with a familiar map scheme and secret level unlocks. Also, DAMN is this SOUNDTRACK good. I would listen to something like this regularly!
Still haven't even had a chance to break open this game yet. I have so much to play, that i need to just focus on one game at a time so i don't get the dreaded games fatigue where you can't decide what to play because there is just too much to play.
This game is excellent, regardless of it just being another Tetris. Adding COOP is something that should have been included on the game day one for PS4 and PC. Also really love the soundtrack. I played this game initially on PC with my HTC Vive, not sure how it played out on PSVR, but wouldn't wish that upon anybody after experiencing a real VR experience on PC. PSVR just made me feel sick the whole time, making it very difficult to enjoy.
I have never understood how COD seems to withstand all criticism even after years of producing the same game with either lower or higher TTK. Halo has never had this privilege with time. Why do people keep buying the same regurgitated game over and over, even after the content is completely stale? I think the last great COD game was World At War because it actually did have a bit of a different feel, but i digress, even that game wasn't enough of a leap to make it feel like something ...
Too bad Demon's Souls and Sackboy aren't included. Was going to do a price match at Best Buy if so.
Man sorry this is happening to you all. I was wondering if the only reason i hadn't experienced any HDD issues was due to not using an external in any fashion or form.
But when you play those third party exclusives, you want to play where your friends play right? I mean i guess the difference for me is that all of my real physical friends that i used to see on a regular basis weekly before covid, play on Xbox, and that is who i want to play with over randoms. If my friends played on Playstation in other words, that is where i would buy third party games, but they don't, so Xbox is my third party machine. My friends that do have PlayStations won't...
Not specifically impressed by this game, but can't complain that its free. Definitely looks like a free game.
Definitely excited to get mine, but i will equally be bouncing between my Series X and PS5. Couldn't be more excited for both.
Loved this game. Waited long and anxiously for it for years and wasn't disappointed by it. The cameras in the game are definitely terrible, but it was such a unique experience, that it completely made me overlook the bad cameras. These are truly the type of unique experiences that only Sony offers, and its great they do! Glad a wider audience will get to play this with the free Playstation Collection for all those with PS Plus. Its a worthy play-through even though it seems the major...
Definitely why I have both, but yeah i do enjoy playing with my real friends who regularly play over randoms.
Guess i wish i was one of the lucky few who didn't have holds by the carrier placed on my order until release day, so I could just have mine now lol. I sold my PS4 pro and One X in advance so i could get some cash for accessories/games for PS5 and Series X, so i have been consoleless for about 3 weeks now. Its killing me. Still have my gaming PC, but after working on my PC all day, retreating to the couch is priceless. Enjoy your new console/consoles Ziggurcat, which ever one or two ...
