Yes - of course I'm taking the piss, but you were being a tad flippant yourself. If I get an invite to an MP session - I'll tell them to wait or if I'm not that invested in the game, I'll join.
GOT pretty much starts you where you left off, but you have to manually save - so what?
This is not a deal breaker or even a negative.
Mellaux - How would we know? No one outside of industry people have it, what's not to say all this will be patched day1 or week 1. The only genuine negative is not being able to move PS5 games to an external drive - but that is an easy patch.
At the end of the day - none of it is worth getting pissy over. Now launching a console with no exclusives - you get where I'm coming from.
It's a fantastic feature buddy - a tad pointless - but fantastic nonetheless.
My comment was to highlight the pointlessness of it and then crap on a few 1st party pearlers from ms.
I might grow up one day, but not anytime soon haha
Not downplaying it - just don't REALLY see the need for it, if it works for you bro - rock on. I won't be getting the pitchforks out demanding Sony put it in a later firmware update.
I sincerely don't care about this 'feature' - good to see the crew turn up on another 'negative' Sony article. It's too funny, it really is.
Apparently - and they always stop playing before or after a check point.
Just a useless bullet point blown out of proportion.
If people get some mileage out of it - more power to them. But it isn't the be all, end all.
Saved games will do, it really isn't a big deal.
Be back in a sec gotta grab some AA batteries for my new controller that is actually an old controller with a new button on it.
Save points is good enough - surely? But I'm happy xbox gamers can switch between:
Bleeding Edge
Sea Of Thieves
State Of Decay 2
Battletoads
Phantom Dust
Hard to see why those games wouldn't hold peoples attention for more than 5 minutes.
Just don't mention anything about games.
You can only play one game at a time on any system - what are you on about?
Going to the home screen and choosing a game to play and waiting a few seconds more for it to load is not a deal breaker haha.
Another bullet point blown out of proportion - but you've gotta take small victories when you can I guess.
Being 3rd place is lonely I'd imagine.
The 19th!! I feel for you mate, the next 4 days are going to be hard - but having to wait an extra week would be insanity.
They play with over levelled characters and know the enemy patterns and whereabouts.
It will take time for gamers to be able to play like that.
You will see 'You Died' a lot - don't worry haha
Bluepoint have increased player movement/control, uour able to roll in 8 directions now instead of 4.
Other than that it's the Demons Souls we know and love.
Delay the console - I'll repeat - delay the console.
I have the ability to read and also form an opinion - ve it a popular or unpopular one.
ms are woefully under prepaired.
You're making excuses for a trillion dollar company who's AAA output has been lacklustre to say the least.
They're not wet behind the ears - but you be a good boy and roll over and enjoy your BC and subscription service.
...
I've got a cracking headset, but was looking forward using this.
All good things come to those who wait and all that haha
Yep - they shipped early in the US, I put money down in September. Went to pay off today and was told the stellar news.
Not too fussed, already have a decent headset.
So many games mate - how do you find the time???
Seems you don't have enough time to play OLD games let alone new ones.
You can already do all those things on your current xbox - that's where the mix up is.
ms is lucky to have people like yourself, happily swimming in a cesspool of mediocrity.
Just paid off my PS5 and was told the headset has been delayed until 3rd of December in Australia.
Just a tad devastated haha.
I'd be very, very surprised if their isn't another batch around Christmas.
To be safe - if I were you I'd put a little money down to secure one.
lelo - You can bet there will be more 3rd party deals incoming.
You think 3rd party devs want anything to do with a console whose customer base wants to rely on a subscription service?
