Sony was selling bundles in Canada - An X900H & PS5, at this stage it is only the second Sony TV marketed as 'Ready For PS5' - the other being the Z8H.
in reply to your other comment above: Remember who had games ready at launch that trumps features for TV's that most don't have. Sony didn't rush anything to market - the controller has seen a complete redesign, the UI has been reworked and above all they had games ready at launch. Seems it was the one was announced first tripped and stumbled, even 3rd parties are having a hard time.
Sony has already said they expect this gen to last 5 yrs. PS5 will be supported for 7+ yrs.

TheGreatGazoo - the track record of 1st party titles releasing Day 1 on streaming services is deplorable. Borderline embarrassing, I'll gladly pay the asking price of a Sony AAA 1st party exclusive.

Maybe Sony are thinking of a relaunch and incorporating it into PS+.
I 100% believe whichever way Sony goes there won't be Day 1 releases of AAA 1st party titles. And also I'm 100% behind that.
Astro was my second platinum, the nostalgic aspect of it is fantastic. I lived through all of those consoles and peripherals, some I'd even forgotten about.
I'll take picture quality over HDMI 2.1 features, in my case as I said I watch as much 4K UHD as I do game.
Put the disc in, go to the game pages and see. Personally can't see why not.
Jurat - I'm fortunate to work in the printing industry, so the FFXVI picture was easily printed on label/sticker stock.
As for painting - I watched a few Plasti Dip videos on Youtube, removed the panels and went for it.
I was rushing a little so the finished product is about 70 - 80% of what it could be.
It couldn't have been easier - apart from a wipe down of the panels, you don't need primer as Plasti Dip covers very well...
Weren't ms doing something similar with Samsung??? They hop into bed with anyone haha. Here in Australia xsx is being pushed by our largest telco and one of our largest banks.
As I watch as many movies as I do gaming I'll be going for the Sony A8H. Not interested in 120fps and VRR, ALLM - the X1 ULTIMATE chip is the big difference.
In Canada they were packing a PS5 in X900H TV'S.

I did my PS5 in Plasti Dip, printed some sweet FFXVI art and stuck it on - come up pretty sweet. And easy mate.

They can't and they won't. Sony will be on their 3rd or 4th release cycle before ms gets a single 1st party game out the door. Games take 3 - 4 yrs to make, by the time developers get a handle on xsx - PS6 will be around the corner.
