I probably would not force anyone to play something. I know plenty of people who are coerced into watching crap-TV by their spouse. That goes for both sexes. And it's always a underlieing source of contention.
And I personally think ALL 'reality' TV sucks... doesn't matter what niche-crazy they televise. Lowest form of entertainment, imHo.

So Zune and xbox360's DRM are the only things I really really REALLY hate about my console. The fact that I buy a movie/show and I can't watch it unless I have internet connectivity to Zune really pisses me off. Same thing regarding 360's DRM with regards to all the xbla games that suddenly turn into demos when a storm hits.

I used to be an achievement whore... then that gd achievement for getting through ME1 screwed me over and killed the whore inside me.
I've always been a completionist so I still get a goodly amount but I no longer spend hours or replay a game on a higher difficulty setting for merely achievement points.
I'm going with Ico/SotC. I've been waiting to play those for years cuz I was on a vidgame hiatus when they came out (college). It's such a great couple of games. I've not gotten far but man I love it.
O-box... maybe second if I don't think of another. Half Life really didn't do much for me... I played hours into it and quit... I know sacrilege, right?

This is true for many things in the game.
I totally missed the door in 'fatty' boss' room during the Asylum. I was trying to kill that gd thing with my broken long sword for around 5-7 attempts before I found the door out, lmao/cry.
And those skellies are truly a pain in the @$$. I killed the first two at the foot of the stairs and then lured the rest out so I could plunder their goodies. Think I got them all to...
I thought that as well but turns out it only gives +30 HP.
I only wonder if you can equip it for 30HP then unequip it and not lose the HP gained, then re-equip it for +30 more HP... hmmm.
The binoculars are available rather soon once out of the Asylum. I found those on my first run-around as a Warrior so I knew I wanted something else when I restarted as the Thief. They are pretty nifty to have since the game is so damn pretty... and bosses are neat to look at from a distance.
I haven't found an upgrade from the starter Thief knife yet so I'm running around with some long sword I lifted from an undead Dragon. (^_^)d
It's the 3rd... I'm on that one and having a difficult time going about it. I get his tummy destroyed but then the climb after that gets me every time.
Been waiting a long time to play these games. I only wish it would have dropped a month before it did... now everything is out all at once and my time is spread out on like 4-5 games at once =/
If anything I'd almost consider it easier since you get refilled HP potions at every bonfire.

I love it though. I have just gotten myself to the metal pig. Right before that is quite a tail to tell as well.

XIV should have been what it was rumoured to have originally been. Which was an update/upgrade to XI. They should have just made it XI-2. But, no. They had to push out a shiny turd and attempt to milk the FF series just a bit more.
SotN... one of the most brilliant games to date, imHo.

I didn't own a PS2 and was on a hiatus from gaming during college but I wanted to play these games so bad... all anyone that owned a PS2 had was Tony Hawk it seemed to me back then anyway. I'm really looking forward to my first playthru of 2 of the most loved games out of any generation. PreOrder in and can't wait.
Sounds like a very cool game. Looks pretty nice too. Unfortunately, when I first heard about his game, I was misinformed that it would have MP. IF it had multiplayer, I would buy day1. Since more info has arisen regarding it and that it is a single-player game, my interest seriously waned.
I'd really like to see consoles get more rpg-fantasy genre games that have MP.
