I've been a gamer since I was given a NES for Xmas in the 80's. Then I got a SNES. Then I got a TurboGrafix 16 and a Sega Gamegear. In my small town I was the video game guru. Parents called me trying to figure out how to beat stages in Bubble Bobble. High school and college caused me to miss PS1 and PS2... then after college someone bought me an Xbox. Then I saw the Gears trailer and upgraded to 360. Bought a PSP for Monster Hunter. Demon's Souls forced me to buy a PS3. I buy consoles for games, and so far neither of the "next gen" ANTI-CONSUMER consoles entice me at all.
