Please give us a damn break. You think BOTW doesn't get enough love as is? Seriously every open world game gets compared to it and Zelda fans act like before it there were no other open world games
Here are some issues with BOTW in my opinion:
A barren open world
Weakest story in Zelda game
Fewer less interesting dungeons
Stamina meter there to hold you back

This is the most accessible one I think and sales show. We could see more accessibility options being integrated into the next souls like games and in my opinion that's not a bad thing
Like you could play any game at the default option that the developers have chosen but I have no issue if a game offers a easier or harder setting

Why can't we all play games for different reasons. You may enjoy the difficulty while another game may enjoy the exploration and story
More options are always better...
One thing I started doing a while back was simply waiting at least 6 months for most games before buying because regardless of the budget or the team size or other development resources most games need multiple patches(and many times major ones at that) those of us who used to buy games were still buy games day one are basically testing the game for the developers and providing free feedback
