I think you didn't understand what I said. I didn't mean Sony exclusives went to PC, but that Sony has less games that didn't appear or will appear on PC. Seeing the list of best games on PS4, with the exception of a few exclusives like God of War, Horizon and Uncharted, the rest I can (and did) buy on PC - and with better framerate/resolution.
So my point is, if you're a PC gamer, unless you absolutely like/want the few great Sony's ex...
When thinking about great game soundtracks, I always think about Splatterhouse 2 for Mega Drive. I never played another horror game that had music that set the horror feeling as well as that game.
Seeing the image made me think "so many nipples!" before I even clicked the link :P
I am mainly a PC gamer, and I also have a PS4 and a Switch. But I can't even remember the last time I played on my PS4. Almost every game I like on it is also on PC. That's why I think that for a PC gamer, a Switch seems like a better choice. Not only it has a lot more exclusives that will never be released on PC, but it can also be taken with you like a portable.
Although Detroit: Become Human may change my mind.
Saturn was notoriously difficult to program for. Maybe that's why it may be harder to port them.
The 3vs3 gameplay is fun, but too chaotic and confusing to be taken seriously or be endured for a long time, and the beefy single player mode, which was the staple of the series, is gone. So it fails to please both single player fans and multiplayer fans.
I got a few games on GOG and a couple of free games on Origin (at least I refuse to buy anything there), but I only play on Steam. So when deciding what to play, I completely forget that I have games in other services.
I loved Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King!! I really hoped Square would port it to modern consoles (or better yet, to PC).
I saw that this game was receiving good reviews and searched to find out more. As soon as I started reading about it, I saw "multiplayer" and gave up on it.
I really wanted to get into Guilty Gear and BlazBlue, but with so many versions, I don't even know which one I should get. And BlazBlue is also a visual novel, so I don't know if I have to play the previous games to understand the plot.
The "Princess Weach" part was just a nod to the article, who put "her" in the list.
I just hope the plot of Ni No Kuni II is less silly than the first game. I actually stopped playing it because of the silly plot and the terrible AI of party members.
If they put every one who was present in Wii U/3DS versions (including DLC characters) plus Inklings, I would already be satisfied. My biggest fear is not being able anymore to play a match of Mario vs Mega Man vs Pac Man vs Ryu vs Bayonetta vs Cloud vs Sonic...
Although seeing a "Princess Weach" (or another Princess Peach evil counterpart) would be interesting.
FFV has the most addicting job system of any RPG I played. Especially when you consider that mastering jobs give passive abilities and stats upgrades to your freelancer class.
Overall not a bad list, but I would swap X and XII's positions.
Even the paid PC version was barebones with a shit ton of microtransactions, so I can only wonder how bad this mobile version is.
I thought this was proved before with 3DS vs Vita. And Wii vs PS3/Xbox360. And DS vs PSP. And PS2 vs Xbox/GameCube. And Gameboy vs GameGear.
It was always planned to be a very long series. Before the first game was released, I remember reading something like him having 16 chapters planned, while Shenmue 1 was just the first chapter.
Funnily, even though that first game itself got me excited, at that time I thought "this series is never going to be finished". These series thought from the beginning as many games never work out.
Oh, god... "Won't ever make another game in the series". It is more obvious now?
Either people forgot about PlayStation Plus, or I still don't understand what exactly Xbox Game Pass is.
