since the original Amy Winehouse is dead, right?
I thought that screenshot up top was a picture of Amy Winehouse. God these 21st century artists even blur together in appearance, and not just in sound.
They may be a bit lighter in weight and a bit smaller in frame that Nathan Drake, but it's not like such actions aren't feasible and are entirely unrealistic.
But even so-called "realistic" games like military shooters can really be seen as not very realistic with regard to physics, AI, and ballistic factors. "Realistic" really only refers to graphical style and artwork.
Oh how do I hate the fact that shotguns in FPSs only hit targ...
because the Playstation 3 holds the high ground in this regard.
I have a better question: "Why is such a great portion of the this industry still content with 20th century storage mediums (e.g. DVD) for video game software?"
Why is "pushing the envelope" now pretty much seen as an extreme tactic?
But what does that have to do with what is being discussed here in this forum?
Absolutely nothing, so get back in your cave!
and cyborgs don't have souls! You see, it all makes sense now!
CopperCab will have a hissy fit about this.
who are clamoring for a FFVII remake. If SE now sees a remake of Final Fantasy X as a financially-viable project, then they sure has hell should see the same in a remake of FFVII.
Spoken like a true MS shareholder, but not quite a gamer.
like Sony's First-Party Squad???
LOL, just a joke.
"...make it happen so we have more reason to make the jump to Xbox 720 than Gears 4, Forza 5, Halo 7, and Fable 4."
What about the Call of Duty DLC timed-exclusivities? That certainly appears to be a marketable advantage to MS sycophants. I don't quite know why? Just take what you can get, I guess.
Halo was nothing back in 2001. We'll see if the X-Men will regain themselves in the current generation!!
If Battlefield 3 doesn't match the newest Call of Duty installment in sales, now and forever, (much like Killzone) then it is forever inferior?
Of course I personally do not favor such a ridiculous, one-dimensional notion. But if popular opinion does sway that way, then I guess it will be #1 on the hit list on N4G at least. To a grand majority of N4G's participating audience, that is all that is required.
If you still hold that sentiment after doing so, than you are exactly the kind of fanboy that I spoke of. Most people on N4G can't stand the fact that Forza cannot indefinitely dethrone the racing king that is known as Gran Turismo.
I ask this question only to challenge all the closet fanboys who try to act like they never consider Gran Turismo in any of their arguments that paint Forza over GT.
If so, then why the hell does EVERY Forza review, at least on N4G, always fall back on the merits of Gran Turismo?
How the hell did it fit in with Black Ops? I mean with all the Dead Presidents and Sarah Michelle Geller?
I'll still give it a try, despite the popular negative reviews it has received.
Negative reviews by the "wide press" should never be held as holy word. After all, Final Fantasy 12 received mostly negative reviews, but I loved that game. FFXII was defiantly better than Final Fantasy 13.
are receiving such an immense admiration now in the present generation. At least enough to warrant their publishers to re-release them now in the current.
I don't know if I am alone in saying this, but there is apart of me that hopes Sony will one day remaster and re-release the whole Syphon Filter line of products.
Agree if you think Slicer builds his electric ego by making arbitrary comments.
It was without a doubt definitely worth the $40 and some change-worth that it cost.
This collection is next on my purchase list for the PS3. Back when they were first released, ICO didn't sell no 3 million units in it's first week like Gears 3, nor did Shadow of the Colossus, but the demand that had encouraged Sony to release this compilation show the immense dedication and admiration for these PS2 classic titles from the PS3 gamer community.
Xbox syc...
I hope they bring back that hot chick that played Sonya in the first MK film. The actress that played Miss Vaughn in Billy Madison. I've seen her now, she's still good. Maybe she'll play strip study with Johnny Cage or something in the next MK film.
I certainly don't degrade the Playstation Vita based on it's currently-published strengths; the Vita certainly appears to be a very promising and competent handheld in many regards. But in the end, not to take anything away from the Vita, it seems that IGN adjusts it's "opinions" on hardware, and certainly software, based on widely accepted opinions. Based on "opinions" published in the videogaming media.
