or even realistic just in the sense of the character. Batman has always relied more on physical, ninja-style takedowns and combat. Unless the developer can make this FPS project with the gamer throwing a bunch of Batarangs all over the damn place look and feel plausible and not irrational or out of character, I don't see it being anything more than a desperate grasp to all the COD fanboys out there.
or Elena Fisher from Uncharted???
After that, well, it is obvious that Sucker Punch is on to Sly Cooper 4...but even after that...well I hope that they can evolve and transcend genres like Naughty Dog.
FF8 remake is very...much of a dead-end.
FF7 is not only more noticeable as a stand-out installment of the FF franchise, but overall it is a more likeable game; F*ck the whole Junction system from FF8. The Materia system is more transferable to current generation gaming inclinations.
Or are you just attracted to the hot Asian-ness of Jamie Chung?
I think she is very cute as well, so be honest like me; I have only taken a bit more interest in this new title because of this video expressing her.
I mean honestly, what the hell makes a downloadable game any less enjoyable than a disc-based retail game???
When it comes to certain factors like collectivity and re-saleability -- after all, you can't trade-in and resell your downloaded games -- I understand the sentiment from you two. But what else do non-digital titles really have over their digital counterparts??? What else makes them "superior" over any other gaming experience than you can get from simply ...
about Gran Turismo...like bigger morons.
JFC, these 360 websites truly don't mind coming across as nothing more than hyberbolic fanboy-teasing waste pits.
Call of Zelda: A World of War To The Past!
I'm just continuing the jollification that was started from ATiElite. If Activision were to truly take control of the Nintendo Zelda IP, I'm sure that they would continue to go along with the practice model of: Quantity of IP Is Greater Than Recognition of IP.
The same practice model that they have employed with the Call of Duty franchise since 2004.
Since when the hell did pre-order figures become constant determination figures that ultimately determine the quality scores of a videogame title???
Sales =/= Quality.
By the same token: Pre-Orders =/= Quality!
The Xbox brand is nothing without "Halo". If you love and purchase an Xbox brand product, you must like Halo. If you don't, then what the hell is driving you away from the Playstation brand??? Gears of War is eventually going to end up on Playstation (disagree all you want. Business is Business!)
He is a legitimate badass.
Vincent Valentine as well. Any OG (Old-school Gamer) remembers how difficult it was to unlock Vincent in Final Fantasy VII. That big ugly purple monster boss that you had to kill before opening Vincent's coffin within that mansion within Niebelheim was a mother-f*cking b*tch!!!
But if it doesn't. Then oh well.
At least there will be Uncharted 3 that will fill the void in the "Graphical Quality Meets All" department.
from past-gen to current-gen, it would all make sense.
But of course, in the real rational gamer world, that is just F'n ridiculous.
All the Xbox 360 sycophants better hope, pray, and believe that Microsoft will come along with a more advanced media storage format for their next console. If you don't, then you might as well be confident in nothing else but the Sega Dreamcast!
1) It's Exclusive to the Xbox 360.
2) It features Master Chief.
...Wow. Will all the Halo sycophants back 343 studios to the fullest extent and think that 343 Studios will match Bungie in its past historic efforts relating to the historic Halo property???
I assume they will. After all, what else do they have left after this??? Besides Gears of War 3...not much really.
and I didn't recognize it before the end of the 15 minute correction time. I meant to say that Shadow of The Colossus and not this, yet-to-be-released game The Last Guardian, is basically a mesh of boss battles with no filler in-between.
I do hope that TLG does bring forth a little more of a challenge other than huge boss battles like SoTC.
Mainly because it isn't a dungeon-crawler that has the player facing a hundred vile creatures before reaching the powerful, ending boss. It basically is just a game of searching for 14-or-so boss fights with no minor battles or encounters to fill the void beforehand.
But this game has grown on me in the past 4 years or so; unfortunately I actually traded in the PS2 version of this game for GTA IV.
and it isn't quite that time to reasonably think that the Playstation 3 has reached its limit in the technical department.
Let me correct Toasty a bit on the: "360 is a last-gen console" portion of his comment that you took offense to. Xbox 360 is not a last generation console, but it is rather a current gen console that relies solely on a Last-Gen storage format.
Either way you cut it, Xbox 360 definitely was a detriment to the development of Final Fantasy XIII (that's 13, in case you can't read Roman Numerals), compared to the developmental capacity that it could have reached ...
have no concern for this argument; They will not have to make a compromise. If they want the newest, most powerful portable console the PS Vita, then they'll get it, no matter the price it shares with the PS3.
