REmake set the perfect standard. Keep everything that was in the original, Expand on it, Redesign puzzles & switch up item placements to keep things fresh, redesign areas that were weak due to ps1 limitations like the Neptune tank.

Guns and guitars, huh? Didn't know Ted Nugent was in this game. Cool beans. Keanu Reeves really doesn't strike me as a bolt-on-neck kind of guy, though.
Compared to RE2R its trash. I got a lot of gripes with RE2R, but at least that game had enough care and attention to be a good product.
RE3R, and Capcom, deserve a kick in the ass. They had a real chance to improve on the original and put out a top notch RE game, but instead they rushed a subpar product to store shelves.
