Dude, I joined up with Japanese parties before in FFXI and went on to have awesome party experiences, without either me or them knowing each others languages. And thats with just advertising myself as 'looking for group: so&so area'.

I don't give a damn about 4k. Can't even bring myself to upgrade to 1080p from 720p. I'm saying that 60fps minimum should be the current gen standard for frame rates, with higher framerates where possible. I'm saying that with the mass market focus on graphics over performance, modern AAA games are going to be built in such a way that will make 60 fps difficult, if not impossible, most of the time, specifically because the way current mid gen upgrade machine...
The problem with the PS4pro and Scorpio is that their CPUs are not boosted like their GPUs are, compared to their older brothers. Those machines are made to push graphics, not frame rates.
I personally think that 60fps minimum should be as much of a current gen standard as 1080p, and more so than 4k res, but these machines aren't built for it, and like Brave said, Wii games just aren't that demanding.
Its definitely a better game.
Releasing an unfinished game is so much better.

I never got to play the original. Couldn't figure out how to get wi-fi running through my modem when I owned a 3ds.
The trailer narrator sounds like one of the former Honest Trailer voice guys. I half expected him to randomly say "bewbs".
I'll say that about Telltale's games. That said, Telltale games are up front about what they are and they cost much less than $60.
The story in 4 was so unique in its execution considering the structure with the pov character being the kid and the main character being Yellow 13, the enemy ace squadron leader. Its basically a sub plot that outshines a barely-there main story, but it definitely adds value to the experience. One of my favorite aspects of my favorite AC game.
I'd say Zero was the second or third best, can't really decide. I also feel like like 3 was better than 6, if for no other reason that it didn't have high-g turns screwing up the dogfight mechanics.
Did someone say scud?

If you're talking about ME: Andromeda, that was Bioware Montreal's work. They're basically the B team. The team that made the original ME trilogy is who's working on this one. They didn't have anything to do with Andromeda. That said, I'd be lying if I said I had any faith in any game that was internet reliant and had microtransactions. Especially an action heavy title from a team that specializes in rpgs. The entire scenario just screams 'money grab'.
Drop FF8&9 pc for ps4, already.
The cancelled version of Prey 2 just looked so much more interesting.
Talking about the ones on PS1, made by Dreamworks Games? Those are my personal favorite WW2 games. Of course those were designed by old school fps map standards with each mission being pretty much a mini sand box, if I remember correctly. Kinda hard for modern corridor style, set piece heavy games to compete where actual gameplay is concerned.
He's pointing out that he messed up and the game gave him a pass.
DmC was just the most obvious failure cause it was a property that some people actually cared about. The gameplay, characters and story were ridiculously generic. A fact made even worse by the fact that the game's story and characters took itself soooo serious.
@rainslacker
I was talking about TLoU not GoW. While GoW had its problems, primarily that it fell too much on the casual side of action games, It was a game that began and ended with pure gameplay, while actually having a decent story that didn't get in the way... much. If they wanted to improve it, they had perfect examples of what it could have become, in terms of quality, with Ninja Gaiden 1&2 and DMC3. Those are the best examples of the genre.
Granted, ...
You mean like Star Wars episodes IV, V & VI?
