Witcher 3 has a lot of the ingredients you find in Thrones plus it pretty much has Tywin Lannister and Robert Baratheon in it.

I think the last game to give me a boner was Tomb Raider on the PS1. As much as I like gaming it doesn't get my motor running.
I've sometimes wondered what a Souls style game would be like if it was a shooter and not melee combat, looks like this will answer the question.

I suppose they've got a case, with the advert and the "Kit-Kat Breakout" tag line it's pretty clear. If I was Atari I'd have just been happy for the free publicity but hey.

I'd love a new Deadly Premonition. The guys who made it are working on something completely different though. Would have been cool if they'd made a sequel instead and timed it so it came out when the new Twin Peaks aired.
In fairness it's rare for a tv show or film to accurately portray mental illnesses, presumably because the reality is more uncomfortable than entertaining. It doesn't sound like Hellblade deals with it offensively and actually has a good honest effort at portraying someone struggling with their own mental demons.
Yeah it's the traditional way of doing things for sure. Personally I prefer the Dead Space method where you're actually armed pretty well, doesn't make it any easier or less tense if it's done well. I'd say the first Evil Within was more like that then most contemporary horrors which seem to give you a torch and a pair of legs and that's it.
If you added up the monetary value of all the games made available for 'free' over the year then it would come to way more than the annual fee for PS+. I know it's a bit disingenuous to say that because nobody is playing every game but it's still a fair point. I reckon most people are at least making their money back over the year.
It's hard to define what a must have is. Maybe it's a game where even if you don't like the genre you would still love it if you played it. Anyway I don't think it's a must have at this point. If they continue to update the game at the rate they are then it may well be in the future.
I like it but it's fair enough if you find it boring, can't really argue with you. I've got exciting games and relaxing ones and while NMS has its moments it's firmly in the latter category.
Seems like most horror games these days lean towards the player being a bit underpowered or having no weapons at all, I hope this one gives you a decent range of guns and ammo like the first game and lots of weird s**t to shoot at. And occasionally run away from in a blind panic.
Yeah he'd be good as Kratos, not a perfect match facially but he can do the rest no worries.
If they can make a fully fleshed out game to match the solid gameplay and atmosphere then it's going to be something really special.
Never fancied the series before but this looks decent.
