That's because the PS3 has sold 36.2 million worldwide. Sony's reported numbers are for shipped PS3s, VGChartz are sold. The same for the 360, it's numbers are not as high as Microsoft's reported shipped numbers either.
I thoroughly enjoyed Alan Wake as a rental. Got the full 1000 achievement points and had a good time. Great atmosphere and lighting effects.
Where is Fable III?
You can't do global domination if you're being outsold in virtually every country in the world except for Japan.
I'm pretty sure none of the analysts saw the 360 Slim coming when they made that forecast. Nor did they expect how successful Kinect was going to be. It is seeing tremendous demand in preorders and it looks like it's going to be the big thing to get this holiday season.
The gap was 3.6 million before the 360 Slim launched, and sales figures show that the 360 has outsold the PS3 by over 400,000 units worldwide in just the last month since the Slim launched. That puts t...
Super Mario Galaxy 2 should definitely be somewhere in that list. It is the highest rated game of the year so far, after all.
If only the PSN had anywhere near as much content to match. It will always be trailing Xbox LIVE.
All 360 exclusives are overrated. All PS3 exclusive are underrated. I bet that's what most of N4G thinks.
I don't think Crackdown 2 was disappointing to any hardcore Crackdown fans, because it gave us more of what we loved. Agility orbs FTW!
Ban a few hundred PS3 fanboys and force a few hundred 360 fanboys to join the site to even things out. It's not fun for anyone when PS3 fanboys outnumber all other users by a 10 to 1 ratio.
Mass Effect 2 has 98 reviews, Uncharted 2 has 105 reviews. Yeah, I'm sure those 7 reviews would make all the difference...
How exactly is that? The 360 has outsold the PS3 by nearly 400,000 units worldwide in just the few weeks since the Slim launched. And the Arcade Slim, Reach, and Kinect are coming in the next few months.
Even before the 360 Slim came out and the PS3 was actually outselling the 360, it still would have taken until the end of 2012 at that same sales rate for the PS3 to finally surpass lifetime 360 sales. The gap is now growing.

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 (Puzzle)

Now I'm curious what you'd play on the PS3 if you didn't like shooters, racers, sports, or JRPGs. That would eliminate almost a...
People buy KZ3 for the graphics, and Reach for the gameplay.
Demon's Souls isn't on the list because it has an 89.73% on GameRankings, which seems to be where they have taken their scores from.
Whether Carmine dies or not, Gears of War 3 will still be the best game of 2011, at least that's been announced so far.
"Mafia II" is looking pretty good, but there's no way it can beat "Disney's Sing It: Family Hits"!
NO! On N4G, if you prefer the 360, then your opinion does not count.
It is great, but not quite as great as GTA IV. They deserve their 95 and 98 on Metacritic, respectively.
Makes sense, since the PS3 Slim had not yet been released one year ago. There are millions more PS3s out there now. I wonder though, despite the 40% growth, do they still sell more software on the 360?
