I enjoyed Saints Row a lot and it was the game that made me buy an Xbox 360. I'll never forget all those fond times I had online playing "Protect Tha Pimp" with friends.
But Saints Row 2 was nowhere near as enjoyable for me. GTA IV really spoiled all other free roam games for me because it is so many light years ahead of every other game. I just couldn't enjoy SR2's archaic driving physics, or low presentation values. And they got rid of Protect Tha Pim...
Microsoft removes unnecessary features from Kinect and the PS3 fanboys mercilessly attack them.
Sony does the EXACT SAME THING with Move and now it's no big deal.
Destructoid is proven more and more right every day...

Not even casuals? Because they are going to eat Kinect right up. I'm betting it will be considered the "next big thing" this holiday season. Analysts predict 5 million units sold by the end of the year. Move doesn't really have as much appeal because it looks just like the Wiimote and Move games will have very similar gameplay. It's nothing new to the casual crowd.
Kinect is completely different than anything most people have ever played. It is fresh and...
Your enjoyment of ME2 hinges on if you've played ME1 and have a character to import. There are so many little details and story developments that rely on your knowledge of the first game, that a lot of things will just fly right over your head. Hopefully EA releases ME1 to the PS3, because it would increase people's enjoyment of ME2 by 100 times. Watching a 5 minute recap of the first game is nowhere near enough.
I'm sure anyone who wants Blu-Ray would have a cheaper standalone player by now. Otherwise they wouldn't need Blu-Ray on their video game console. Few people buy the PS3 for the Blu-Ray player anymore. This isn't 2007.
The title of the article is "Must-have Xbox 360 Titles", not "Must-have Xbox 360 Exclusives". Multiplatform games make up 90% of any platform's library and are often some of the best games on any console, so I'm surprised there aren't more of them in the list.
With all the claims that PS3 exclusives are the best and are better than all multiplatform games, here are the 10 highest rated PS3 games of 2009 on Metacritic:

Holiday 2010
360, PS3, Wii, iPhone
In all honesty, to the gaming community as a whole, Mass Effect 2 will be old news in 2011.
@Raendom: What exactly is he supposed to talk about in an article dedicated to sales figures?
This article doesn't indicate any console catching up with another. It just shows that both the 360 and PS3 are selling way more than they did at this same time last year, because they both had new models release. Soon the PS3 will be down dramatically year over year because the Slim launched on Sep. 1 last year. Although you are right about the Wii effect wearing off. The PS3 al...
No way in hell will Black Ops outsell Halo: Reach on the Xbox 360. Just look at the preorder numbers for the Americas as of 8/21:
Halo: Reach: 1,255,006
Black Ops (360): 393,940

That's great news to me. I prefer single player and they can put more focus on it if they don't have to work on some tacked on multiplayer just to please the unintelligent masses.

"Is this rumor true: Hopefully"
It might actually be bearable to play the PS3 version of multiplatform games now.
Wow. More people might actually consider buying multiplatforms on the PS3 with this controller. Hopefully the triggers are fixed to be more like the 360's, too. The more the Dualshock 3 gets like the 360 controller, the better it gets. And the glowing buttons are a nice touch, too.
Disc scratching has never happened to me either, and I've owned four 360s, three of which suffered from the RROD.
Microsoft doesn't announce their games years in advance like Sony. Although there is already far more announced than you have listed, surely you don't believe that Microsoft has NOTHING in store for 360 owners. How is Microsoft completely jumping ship? Are you suggesting that once Kinect launches, there will be no more 360 games released for the hardcore audience? That's ridiculous to believe.
Microsoft is hardly a joke, outselling both of their direct competitors...
