Halo: Reach has far, far, far more preorders than GT5, and it had far more preorders than GT5 when it was the same number of weeks from release as GT5. There is not a chance in hell that GT5 will outsell Halo: Reach this holiday season.
People play video games in India?
It sure is looking like it. Halo: Reach has just about the same number of preorders 8 weeks before release as Modern Warfare 2 for the 360 did 8 weeks before its release. And MW2 for the 360 went on to sell nearly 5 million copies in its first week worldwide. The difference though is that Reach's preorders are increasing faster than MW2's so it should outdo MW2's 360 release at this rate.
The only game that has a chance of a bigger release is GT5, but it doesn'...
It looks like Limbo is their game of the month.
Well, it deserves it, but it didn't really have much competition, did it? I am glad to see two Xbox 360 exclusive in this list, though. So much for the 360 not having any exclusives...
Can someone please explain to me, what is a Naughty Dog? I thought it was a sex position...
I think MGS4 should be on the list. Those trophies are... oh, wait!
It looks like Limbo, but obviously it doesn't play anything like it...
It may be cheaper if you already own the console, but I think these motion control devices are meant more for the casual crowd and to bring in new PS3 and 360 owners. After all, the casual crowd contains the majority of the people that will be interested in Move and Kinect.
This is where Kinect has the advantage. Kinect is a whole new experience to the casual crowd, while Move is very similar to the Wii's controls. I believe Kinect is more exciting to people because they...
Whenever I hear the name Bethesda, all I think is: when the hell are you going to announce The Elder Scrolls V already?!
Yeah, it's so overrated...
-IGN has given the game its "Best Xbox 360 Action Game", "Best PC Action Game", "Best -Graphics Technology (Xbox 360)", "Best Voice Acting (Xbox 360/PS3/PC)" and "Best Story (Xbox 360/PS3)" awards.
-GameTrailers has given the game "Game of the Year", "Best Action Adventure Game", "Best Story", "Best Xbox 360 Game", "Best PlayStation 3 Game&quo...
It came out in Japan a few weeks ago.
Fable III anyone?
When I read the title of this article, I thought "hiphopgamer". When I clicked on the article, I read "hiphopgamer". What a surprise...
This article is absolutely true. That is exactly how I felt when I owned a PS3. The community just feels so much more alive on Xbox LIVE. You feel like you are a part of something special. I'm glad I sold my PS3.
Well if the gap really was down to only 3.6 million, then it's already back up to 4 million because the 360 has outsold the PS3 by 300,000+ units worldwide in the few weeks since the new Slim model launched. It should be back up to 5 to 6 million units by the end of the year. Sony had the momentum last year with their Slim, and now Microsoft has the momentum with their Slim. It just seems like a back and forth game, except the PS3 stays stuck in last place.
You'd be lucky to finish it in under an hour even on a second runthrough when you know how to solve all the puzzles. That is a complete lie. The game is closer to 3 hours on your first playthrough.
Yep, by 4 million units. And the 360 is now outselling the PS3 worldwide. Over 300,000 units more in just the last few weeks. The new Slim model has just launched in Europe, and the Arcade Slim is coming next month. Then there's Halo: Reach and Kinect. I would be surprised if the PS3 outsold the 360 during one single week for the rest of the year. Even the week of GT5's release, because Kinect launches that same week and those 360 Kinect bundles are going to sell like crazy.
I'd rather be able to do math than dance.
