Maybe if the women surveyed were as interesting and as entertaining as the video games their men played, it wouldn't be an issue?
I probably rent this some time over the weekend. I love tactical shooters, especially co-op ones. But the reviewer didn't give it points off for being difficult. They gave it points off for not being clear in it's objectives and it's wonky checkpoint system. Which are two very valid reasons.

We really need to play some COD 4 together. That's what I like to hear. I can't stand playing with people that either Rambo it or only care about their K/D ratio.
Could it be that not everyone liked Killzone 2? I liked it a lot but it certainly isn't the best shooter I've ever played. Believe it or not, not everyone agrees with you. Shocking I know, but it's unfortunately true.

I'm stoked for MW 2 because I played COD 4, still do, and by all accounts they've taken what was great and added more to it so it's a day one for me. I have very little doubt that I'll agree with the positive reviews. I LOVED the first one and thought it was better than most of it's scores. But make no mistake, GTA IV deserved all the praise it got.
What exactly is the perk? All I saw was this tool getting destroyed annoyingly over and over again. I saw the gun-ship, predator and the attach chopper.
Have you played it? Again, respected journalists have. Like Brad from Giant Bomb, for example, and he said he wishes he was still playing the game. He's not alone. Actually, show me ONE respectable publication or web site that has said that this game is anything short of GOOD, let alone amazing.

The beta for COD 4 was closed. Just like the one they have now. It spilled over last time because people were giving away tokens for it. They obviously didn't like what went down so they're not doing it again. I fail to see the problem here. It's not a big-headed move. It's a developer being confident in their product. That and they probably don't want to give much away in terms of story. I don't need a demo, I have COD 4 and this will be even better.
Well my hopes for this being better in terms of finding games just got dashed. Match-making SUCKS. It's antiquated and it's a real pain in the arse for anyone just jumping on for a game or two. First of all, you get saddled with people outside of American servers and the connection is f*cked. Secondly, you get stuck with people who suck, don't communicate or you get stuck in a game where your team is losing or seconds away from losing thus giving you an instant loss you had no control over. Yawn...again. Martyrdom isn't a noob perk. It's far more telling that you get killed by it.
There are 23 missions in spec-ops. Trust me, it will be NOTHING like Nazi Zombies. For example: one mission has you or your partner manning the AC130 while the other is on the ground.
