Graphics have hit their peak for the moment... until raytracing makes it to market the most you'll see from future games is better lighting and physics support. Higher resolutions are a given but framrates are most likely going to hover around the 30fps mark... the quality coming from next gen titles will be enough to make the 680 hover around that mark but it will still be more powerful.
not technically... They could leave core gameplay mechanics alone and focus more on Ai and graphical expansions. Completely possible in the amount of time that they delayed for.
A November release for would hurt activision more than it would hurt GTA... XD.
Expect something on the lines of Max payne 3's release at this point... no point waiting a few months on PC when they can release all 3 at once and profit everywhere.

This delay all but confirms a multiplat release. Come june and july and it'll be known it's coming out on all platforms at the same date. Don't be too surprised if next gen releases are on board too...

Could see a 7970 in them... who knows. The only thing really set in stone "almost" is that both will be using AMD chipsets. Pricing on their GPU's seem to fit with a console appearance. Bad news for phsyx :(
The major downfall is all the DRM we're seeing in PC games lately... If you want to play BF3 your forced to use origin, if you want to play say Farcry 3 your forced to use steam along with Uplay but I am glad they have an offline mode in both those titles in lieu of the always online DRM in some past titles. Pirating is not limited to PC in the slightest... I think X360 has a comparable amount of it going on as well so as far as that goes Sony has been doing a good job keeping it at bay b...
