Doubt it... most devs make a higher poly count model first then shave it down. GTA 4 has some impressive geometry even 5 years later... it really shines with texture mods and Icenhancer. If they do port it over just the boost in resolution and draw distances is all they would need.
Turbo core won't double the clock rate... if they even implement it you'll be looking at about 2.2-2.4ghz.
I do... and it's modest. 8350 with a 680 = Max out 1080p/60hz. SLI 560's would do the trick... and a pair of 660's would actually perform better than the 680 theoretically. Thing is BF3 runs and looks better on PC even at the lowest settings... I had a 550ti before I bought the 680 and it was keeping up fairly well on medium-high settings @ 1080p.
