Kinect looks far worse... ps3 has a glowing lollipop... and wii has the waggle. Compared to those this looks bad ass.
Unreal 4 is more of a look at what next gen will be... Crysis 2/3 along with BF3 were coded with the x360 and ps3 in mind and even though it was developed on PC (BF3/Crysis3)the console limitations still make themselves known. 1080p, better lighting, and SSAO support are the only benefits were seeing added to the PC version of everything as of lately.

Rockstars problem was storage which probably gimped the whole game down to fit on a single DVD before they came up with disk swapping... The only thing they can base their claims on if a developer says "This game will only work on X console" is the fact that the console maker has heavily funded their game and owns the rights to it so of course the other console can't play it because the rights belong to the competitor. Gears of war is a good example of this... UDK3 works on both...

The new consoles most likely won't support BC... take a look back at the PS3 and 360 launches. 360 had shoddy BC for select titles and pretty much locked everything else out until recently with their marketplace downloads but it's not the same because "Hey... I've got this physical copy here in my hands but it wants me to buy it again to play it on my console". This game has the same bland gameplay they've had since day one but with all the eye candy that graphics whores demand.

The titan is roughly 85% of the performance of a 690. It's not more powerful but it is a single GPU solution. 2 in SLI and you'll be set until the 890's.
