What part of the PS4 utilizing "Supercharged PC architecture" makes you think PC will get bad ports... PC gets bad ports right now because the games are designed on archaic technology then bumped up with unoptimized effects when they reach PC.
These new consoles will be good for the PC... right now games are being designed with the lowest common denominator in mind (Ps3/360). Expect another delay for Q4... if anything they can release it in September for current gen then release the next gen version along side the PC hopefully by the end of the year or early next year. That would be the best way to maximize profits...
