Then Activision wouldn't make as much money as they would if they released just one game a year. If I'm not mistaken, Black Ops 2 sold less than Modern Warfare 3 did. If that's true, then saturating the market with two games in your franchise in one year would have a rather large effect on the money made in the long run. As a company, Activision has more to gain if they simply do one main title a year.

I actually wouldn't. Leave Call of Duty 4 where it is. While I never loved the game, it is very much polished and actually not a terrible game. Just leave it like it is.

Eyes can process framerates AT THE LEAST up to 200 frames per second with practice. I'll say this much, have seen the difference between 120 frames and 60 frames and while it isn't quite as obvious as the difference between 30 and 60, it's still quite obvious.
