It's nice to see some WiiU love, looking REALLY forward to Bayonetta and X.
If I win, I'll be happy :) If someone else wins, I'll be happy for them as I cry myself to sleep..... Again..... :p
Let me guess... VR micro transactions. I'm sure VR will provide a glorious platform for asking if you'd like to buy a virtual Coke for a $1.
I love how every time a P4R Gaming article comes up people treat it like it's a real story. It's a JOKE!!! JOKE!!!! Laugh people, geez
Online is broke? Just charge more for it to work!...........
NFS is nice, being able to change cars with just a touch on the gamepad is pretty awesome.
I just started Deus Ex and having played it on PS3 already I can say so far I prefer the WiiU version simply for the added gamepad functions. The radar, the hacking, looting and more is all accessible with the pad and makes a lot of sense for the Deus Ex world. There also an entire digital guide you can use on the gamepad, complete with maps, best routes to take depending on your play style and...
Lollipop Chainsaw and Ni No Kuni both broke 1 mil.... Time for a crossover! Suda Level 51 presents Nillipop Kunisaw!
@Eonjay
Think about using a phone or tablet as a second screen experience. How do you hold the tablet AND the controller? Even if you prop the tablet on a table or in your lap if you have to touch it you take your hands of the controller and the tablet is going to be in an area that makes it hard to look/interact with. For anything second screen during gameplay the gamepad is far superior.
And Wii U!.... Please?...
Fist of the Romney Star? Streets of Romney 2? Dynasty Romneys VI? Or maybe just Final Fight with Mayor Mike Romney and a big dumb mustache....
Ha, I did the EXACT same thing while I was working at a very slow job last year ,except I was playing Darksiders 2, Mario and watching Tenchi Muyo. One of the best worst jobs I've ever had :)
I would dig a Wii u version of KH3 if it was as good as the Deus Ex port :D
You can pick one up from Nintendo's website for $225 I think. I've had one since launch and I've been pretty happy with mine, and between Toys R Us and Target sales I've even been able to buy most of the games I've wanted for a good price :D
I may throw money at this, I've been waiting for something along these lines.
No worries, the situation has been rectalfied.
JapaU confirmed.
Ummmm.... OK......?
Oh Yea of course they'll coexist, I don't want AAA to go away either, but poor money management, treating employees like dirt, miscommunication and expecting so much return that profit is hardly possible is going to have an effect on these larger companies.
With the growing influence of smaller dev teams doing amazing things in the smaller scene the opportunities for AAA to continue as it has its growing smaller and smaller. Less employees willing to deal with corporate struc...
This is why AAA is going to go off the rails and indie/kickstarter will rule the coming decade.
I play games for the lack of realism, is a great distraction from the regular ho hum of everyday life. Throwing an ad in a game breaks that for me, it's honestly one of the worst things that can be done, especially if the game's bought new, with DLC, etc. If BF4 was F2P or something along those lines it would be more understandable but it's not, it's a premium product that EA is trying to hamfist even more money out of through advertising more of their stuff instead of fixing ...
