Clearly EA don't understand a game can have depth without being convoluted. Nintendo and Blizzard (for example) make games that are easy to learn but hard to master, maybe they might want to look to them to see how it's done.
They're not going to struggle to find a publisher for Journey, don't you worry!
The original was multi-format, making it an exclusive doesn't make me want to buy said console, it just makes me resent them more. This is true for all exclusives.
I bought it on the Megadrive back in the day, a stunning but bloody frustrating experience, I didn't get very far :p I'm gutted Sony owns the rights to all of Psygnosis' properties because I'd like a remake on Steam tbh.
I hope they bring this to the PC, I miss playing this on my 360.
Maybe it's because Kojima has cried wolf a few times before but I still have a niggling feeling that the whole thing might be a prank. If it is, it's the prank of the century.
Even the way Geoff Keighley said what he said at the awards sounded staged, it seemed like he was acting to me.
It's aged really well and still hasn't been topped.
This is my fave metroidvania ever, yes even more than the games that started the sub genre, it's aged really well (the cinematics still look crap though), I highly recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of a game.
They should be free.
They also has a major investor and are putting a lot of their own money into the project, altogether it adds up to $13m. With no publisher and them using their own crowdfunding website it might be enough.
I won't pledge though because although Psychonauts is one of my fave games ever I was a little burned on Broken Age, it took way too long and it wasn't the game I expected it to be.

It already happened.
Yeah I understand the mp innovated but for someone that bought an Xbox for Halo CE's campaign, Halo 2 was my biggest videogame disappointment ever and still is. ODST was the only other Halo game I really liked from Bungie tbh.
That is to say I don't want it to be a short linear experience.
I'd rather it took more from Dead Space 1&2 personally.
It better be a Halo mmo.
I'm thankful I have friends that put up with my crap.
I really disliked the sequel, it was clearly unfinished (only the first world felt complete) after the publisher ran out of money and I just found War much more fun to play with. I still want a third one mind.
To be fair both games look really samey to me, the only Blizzard games I've ever enjoyed are WoW and Warcraft 3.
If you enjoy HotS then good for you, to me it's a waste of great art. For the record I can't stand lol or DOTA2 either, they are certainly better mobas though, all my opinion so don't get upset!
That I would actually play, unlike the main game itself.
