Says the place traditional gaming is dying. I'm sure those same developers probably think mobile gaming is the future.
It will sell a lot more if it comes to steam and console, get on that Capcom!
They continue to move away from the kinds of games that would interest me, such a shame.
It's been my most anticipated game for a couple of years now.

At least you're giving your unwatered down opinion, I thought The Witcher 2 was crap for the reasons you gave (and others) and Dark Souls is one the most complete and brilliant games ever. It's a shame people don't get that but I suppose they feel the same about us.
I loved the Portal games and the Myst series but bloody hate The Witness, it's crap imo and yet so many 10/10's, I really tried to love the game but after 14 hours I uninstalled it forever.
Imo a 7 is too generous.
It's nothing like Myst, that would be Obduction. This is like a cheap knockoff.
There appears to be a collective insanity surrounding this game, it might just be the most overrated game of this gen.
I expect quite a few refunds once people realise how mediocre the game is.

I payed £30 for what feels like a £15 game, I kinda wish I'd pirated it myself...There are games that cost hundreds of times more to develop that are the same price, people usually prefer to buy a good game if they feel it's good value for money and this aint that. IGN and the other reviewers that gave this average at best game a 10/10 disgust me, they are as out of touch as the rest of the western mainstream media.
I will always be thankful to Japan for the 8bit and 16bit generations, they pretty much owned them. They also gave me my fave game ever Dark Souls. So it makes me sad they are moving away from the kinds of games that interest me. I really think they could innovate in VR better than most, so here's hoping it takes off there, it just wouldn't be the same without them.
