I am loving how dumb this rumor sounds, the founder of the studio is going to leave his own studio to make another studio. I am assuming this brilliant rumor was created to counter the Bungie leaving MGS. Maybe next time people should look into who owns what, before commenting.

Do you know how to read? Where in my post did I say Microsoft owned Bizzare? I stated they were once an exclusive developer, that Microsoft lost.
From the other source it does state that they wont announce the separation until 10/06/07. So, not making any comment is pretty suspicious.. why can't these people ever give a straight answer?
Just a week ago Microsoft lost Bizzare Creations once exclusive developer that created, arguably the BEST racing game for the Xbox brand. That is a huge loss, considering the fact that the only two noticeable studios left are Bungie and Rare.
at the end of the day, Microsoft would come to Bungie to make the game. The amount of assets they acquired over the years is invaluable. If they do make another game, it's going to be Bungie who is going to be making it. And unlike their current situation, Bungie is going to be making a pretty bucks for all their effort.
This is a good thing for a company that deserves it.
Remember 2015 studio once owned by EA, and now is Infinity Ward. Bungie isn't happy with the profit margin they are getting. Microsoft seems to be ripping them off, by becoming an independent company they can get roughly 70% of the profits, verses the 20 odd percent they are getting now.

In 9 days, Microsoft decided to implement a different chipset? Stop being a fanboy, there is a very high chance that the Halo 3 edition does have the 65nm chipset.. and the likelihood increases as the manufacture dates are only NINE DAYS apart form a confirmed 65nm chipset.

No, from what I understand all of the Halo 3 limited Edition consoles have the 65nm chipset. And some of the Elite / Pro systems have them, you might be confusing the two.
Also the poster confirms that it is a 360 with the Falcon chipset.

The developers stated there engine runs at 1080p 60fps, and this game looks sweet. :)
