I'm going to leave this here.

Nintendo publishing Monster Hunter Tri made it the most successful MH in the west. Bayonetta is in good hands.

You'd be surprised. I'm not saying Black Ops 2 will move 5 million + on Wii U, but 1-2 million? Good chance of that.

People will pay for a better product. If it has the same online as 360 version, no charge to play online, higher resolution, multiple control options for your liking and all content why not?

Yes, it requires $300 investment but you'd be surprised how many people will do that.

Nah, I bet it will move a solid million units at least due to lack of FPS competition (other than Zombi U)

This is going to be the superior version by far. 1080p, 60fps, so many control options, awesome new dual-screen local multiplayer

I think the price is great and I've got $275 saved up already. Will pre-order today or tomorrow.

Can't wait really. I'd expect a price cut either after E3 2013 in June to stifle momentum of PS4/720 announcements or a price cut near Aug/Sept/Oct 2013 to counter against those new consoles.

I'd also bet on the next 3D Mario game for next Xmas

Well Shane said it is coming out this year, and says it is big.

My guesses: Black Ops 2, Need for Speed, Medal of Honor.

I hope so!

What on earth are you talking about? How am I starting a flame war about sales?

I said KH3D could've done better (60k short of BBS's opening) and that NSMB2 numbers seem good for a short week.

I don't understand why you chose my comment to respond in a long, dramatic rebuttal when my statement never really was meant for any of that.

I really think you're taking my comment too seriously.

What spinning are you referring to? Honestly I'm not aware of what you're talking about so please (I'm not kidding, seriously just saw NPD numbers) inform me.

But off the top of my head the NSMB2 numbers seem good for about one week of data and it sounds on par with the previous openings of the series.

KH3D could've done better.

Heart stabbing 360 logo? I think you're taking this all WAY too seriously.

It is just a video game, whether it ends up good or bad in the end at least it will have a bigger audience than being exclusive to any one platform.

Heck, I'd expect a Wii U version while we're at it, seeing as the Wii U uses 25GB-50GB discs just like PS3 uses BR and such.

True but they have done it with the 3DS, DSi and 3DS XL recently. I'm not saying its right but they are known to have one month turnarounds between release date announcement and actual release.

Kinect had lackluster reception? BS.

Like it or not, 20 million units ( I think) in two years as an add-on accessory isn't bad. It's no Wii Fit but it's very, very good as far as "reception"

And of course the industry needs to always expand to stay alive. Sharing is caring folks. But then again I understand not every game is suppose to be made for me.

Why would they include an HDMI cable when regular A/V is more widely adopted? I get it, you and I use HDTVs but we aren't the majority of gamers.

Even if the person has a HDTV in their house that doesn't mean the Wii U won't get hooked up to another, non-HD set. And with how cheap HDMI cables are it isn't too much of a hassle to get our own. I've got a lot lying around.

Why? 4k TVs won't be on the market in a big way until 2014 or 2015 and even then they won't be widely adopted until 4-5 years after that. HDTVs just became widely adopted and that's 720p. Don't have enough people with 1080p.

I guess it's nice to have it go to 4K but a incredibly small group of people will use that

Nintendo just bought the Fatal Frame series (rumored) and they still own the rights to Eternal Darkness. Just because they don't make too many games like Killer Instinct doesn't mean they wouldn't if they thought there were enough fans for it.

I'm sure if RARE was owned by Nintendo it would have been made by now. I mean, Nintendo did put out all those old RARE games in the first place.

1. Why would some disagree with your comment? You were just asking a question, that's weird.

2. Nintendo, as others have said, will never release system specs. Once the Wii U releases iFixit and others will tear it down and found out how much VRAM, system RAM, storage it has but probably not CPU/GPU clock speeds.

3. Rumors have it pegged as a Power 7 CPU that is less than 3.2Ghz but not by much. Three or Four cores. (Though it wouldn't surprise me if ...

But the Wii U Game Pad was being used, as a map while using the Wii remote at the same time. (Essentially being a two controller game now that I think of it) So I think the title fits but I understand why you dislike it.

Sorry to have upset you.
