Hoping to pick up a Vita for cheap with this deal!
This is going to be so awesome.
You see a game on sale on Amazon but it sells out in 1 hour, that means you can go to a Target store, pick it up for that sale price without SHIPPING!
Can't wait.
My wallet isn't ready!
I seriously hope the PS4 can play PS3 games without any hoops to jump through.
It's going to pick up soon, it's all about when. I'd like to see it start doing better (10k + a week) without the holiday bump before the end of October, preferably
It's a temporary price cut, even Target says so
What are you even talking about?
You're saying that Sony is in a strong position because they could reduce their price ($269) further during Xmas to the price Microsoft is temporarily selling ($249) Xbox 360's for? You're aware that the PS3 is normally $249 right?
And Microsoft isn't losing anything, retailers are doing this temp price cut and they take the loss, not MS.
If you're saying Sony will take an even bigger loss ...
The console needs saving. You can enjoy it now, and love it. Nothing wrong with that.
But if consumers across the globe continue to not give a **** about the platform then that attitude can only spread to third parties. I'm sorry, it's the truth. Did third parties flock to all the worst selling platforms in history? No.
Did that stop good games from coming to low selling platforms like Dreamcast, Saturn, Cube, etc? No, but there were certainly a lot l...
WTF. That reasoning is so flawed.
Why would they drop their prices while Sony raises theirs? It's obviously a reaction to the Wii U, and the 360 price cut is temporary only
Um, they have made multiplayer games? Smash Bros?
And Mario Kart is one of the best, most popular online games out there. Not up to the leagues of popularity like Wow, COD, but still a sizable fanbase
Also, a crazy amount of people play Pokemon DS RPGs online. But an online shooter? No they don't make those really, outside of Prime Hunters
Online was confirmed in the first trailer

The Pro controller has clickable analog sticks, triggers instead of mushy shoulder buttons for ZL/ZR, a power button of it's own, and doesn't need the Wii remote to operate. Just a few of the differences.
The Game Pad doesn't work with wii games. only with Wii U software, to my knowledge. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Wii Controllers work on the U though
I'd love to see epic 40 player battles in Star Fox a la Warhawk or Star Wars Battlefront 2
I can only agree 100%.
Looking forward to all of their future projects, expanding them is only a good thing both for employment and our gaming needs.
Hope to see them crank out at least an extra game or two per year due to this expansion, though we probably wouldn't see the effects of this expansion until 2014/2015, but I takes what I can gets!
If working with 256MB/256MB RAM/VRAM is wonderful for him, can't imagine what he'd think of the Wii U's 1GB/2GB set up.
Already got a price drop at EB Games
Yea it was rumored this time last year but now Iwata is saying it's a reality
Glad to see Myiamoto isn't 100% Leaving
@ the reaction to this ad campaign around the internet
Good god people, can't you share anything with anyone who doesn't label themselves "hardcore"?
It's just a commercial to appeal to non-gamers. You know, those people who are totally necessary (more so than us sometimes) to make a platform successful?
Reminds me of how Konami released the MGS HD collection months before MGS3 on 3DS. Such an odd choice.
