Seriously, Miiverse sounds amazing. People are downplaying the whole facebook similarities but if Nintendo plays their cards right they'll have one hell of a social experience on a console
If you read closely (and it's hard with the quality of the scan) it says model may vary. So you may have a good chance of getting one since they won't be limited to one model per say, but you also could get a worse model while others get a better one.
It's only going to get worse (Liberation's sales) from here on out. Isn't like 80% of most game's sales (with exceptions) in their first week?
I'd say Liberation will do 300k max. Which I suppose is good for a small user base, but not lighting the world on fire.

We really won't know the difference either way. If they throw a PS4 with 1GB of RAM at us we'll be happy. People need to stop acting so entitled and enjoy what they're given. If people like Naughty Dog can get so much out of the PS3's hardware than even a modest increase will be amazing.

Yea, but the PSP has been selling low numbers in the 20k range or so for a year now, the Vita outselling it in America (can't speak for EU) isn't much of an accomplishment.
It's the same for the 3DS, the DS still sells 150k per month, while 3DS hits 150k-250k. The 3DS is outselling it, yes, but it needs to be absolutely destroying it in sales to really make a statement.
Not trying to be pessimistic on the Vita, but you think 40k-60k per month in North America is doing well?
