Well it is a post about predictions for Sony products so it is logically skewed towards talking about Sony products. Also, like others have pointed out to you and like how the article points out, a console maker publishing something doesn't always guarantee that it stays exclusive. I.e. DJMarty's Ghostbusters example and the writer's Rayman Legends example.

Why would someone disagree with this? I'm just saying I want to play TLOU on PS4 asap, what's disagreeable about that?

I really hope TLOU PS4 is coming out in June even if that seems sudden

A bit off topic but I'd like to point out that Nintendo has been spending money on the development of HVD, Holographic Discs which store up to 300GB and theoretically 1TB on a single disc for like 10 years now. I think Japan got a few HVD players but it hasn't really taken off coz its still thousands of dollars

That's a very conservative but entirely do-able goal.

Unfortunetly you will probably be right on that.

4416d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Sadly you're right.

I don't think you understand any of this whatsoever. They manufacturer Wii U units at say, $340. Sold them for $300, lost $40 on each unit.

Now they manufacture them for less than $300 and sell them for $300, making some profit on each unit instead of losing money.

I would think that, unless they stop shipping the $299 NSMBU SKU, that all Wii U SKUs are now sold at a profit not just the Kart bundle

This is the best news for Nintendo all year

It's embedded in the text "GameFly" in the article

4417d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

That's a stupid thing to point out. Of course companies counter bad news with good news, why wouldn't they?

I really hope Brown is wrong but maaaan does it he word it like a PR pro avoiding the issue. He's responded to so many questions asking the same thing with answers that go in circles already. But I hope you're right somehow.

We've got to speak with our wallets. I hope Sony retracts this before release.

The PSP Go is a terrible reference considering how well digital downloads are doing on 3DS and mobile. The world is different from in 2009 and the PSP Go failed due to its high price point and being a re model.

Also, I think the author is saying they should use more common hardware componenets to have parity with smartphones so devs have an easier time programming and porting more than being a raw beast technically. At this point it will cost Nintendo more to get a sub-800...

No need to get nationalistic here and take it out on an entire nation mafiahajeri. Besides, the name Chile makes it sound like the country will have great food so it isn't all that bad.

Very odd list to say the least. From what I hear, this paper is really big in Chile but doesn't have a great reputation either.

This is an opinion piece, it isn't fake dude. Nintendo denied the DS Lite, DSi, and 3DS XL a month before releasing them so them talking about it doesn't debunk anything really. Heck, Miyamoto said the original 3DS design was "perfect" and didn't need improvements E3 2012 and then two weeks later they announced the XL.

I think you're trying to communicate, "People are expecting to enjoy a Call of Duty?".

Which to that I say, yes. Call of Duty fans expect to enjoy Call of Duty games. Crazy, I know.
