Cool, that might mean that everything is handcrafted, now i'm very excited!
It sucks that they removed stuff, but they also added stuff and with a little luck they'll start adding more than 3-4 titles each month.
I don't think time can save this, it needs to be redesigned from the ground up. Just seems like a misguided idea to begin with. Sonic could probably work in an open world, but not like this.
Yeah, but you need to show full planets if you are flying through space, can't just have a tiny fraction of a planet. But don't see the need for it to be fully explorable. It's a nice thought, but it's been done and it's always underwhelming because the content becomes super generic.
We'll see how it turns out, really want it to be great.
I was really hoping that you could only land in designated zones, so they could have 1000 planets but have them be handcrafted. Now that you can land anywhere it's just gonna be a whole lot of random generated nothing. I'm not as hooked in that idea, handcrafted content is what makes games like Skyrim work.
Content in showcase looked handcrafted, so perhaps they found a solution. I could imagine some possible scenarios where you could create planets limited in scope...
But sounded like just started. So wtf is Overdosed?
Went from very excited to very dissapointed. Might be great, but for a second I hoped for somethinh in the vein of Isolation.
I sometimes get the feeling that fighting game developers don't really look too much at other games in the genre. It's not rare that someone implements a super neat feature for it to be largely ignored by every other game released.
There's been so many quality of life improvements to move lists, neat stuff like what you mentioned and all kinds of interesting singleplayer modes. But despite this we often end up with movelists done in weird ways and either comple...
I wouldn't mind if they replaced the last mad max part with something else.
How about Forza Motorsport 2-4? Bought them for Series X, but realized that they won't work. Thinking about emulating them instead.
I got a lot of downvotes for suspecting september. Maybe a big show september and a Ragnarok blowout in july?
But perhaps we can get a date on FFVXVI or news about VII remake.
I'm hoping for all the Silent Hill news, but I don't expect much.
You don't need ps+ to play these, they will be sold separately.
I might be misremembering, but last year the E3 style show was in september. The one with Wolverine and Spiderman 2.
But they just announced a state of play centered around third party and psvr2, so still wouldn't expect a big show in june. I do think God of War is imminent, I just don't expect a huge state of play in june.
Don't get your hopes up, they usually have these events in september.
Hope we will get Valkyria Chronicles 2-3 and Carnage Heart at some point. There's a bunch of psp games I never got a chance to play.
Except, few musicians actually make money with Spotify. They get like 1 doller every time an album is streamed front to back 30+ times (or one song 300 times). Albeit better than the 0 dollars gained from piracy.
Tidal and some other services pay a bit better, not great but better.
Depends on the game, it's only a selection of 360 and OG games that work, even from disc. No Thief or Forza 1-4 for instance. I think it's like 400 out of 2000+ available games.
It's good though, just a shame they couldn't take it further. An especially cool thing is that most suppored games are sold cheaoly on the digital store, making it a lot easier to go back.
So Sony might technically be able to outdo them, if they start at 350 games,...
Maybe there's no reason to hold a parade in sonys name based on this decision, but why isn't it consumer friendly?
@TheGreatGazoo30
They are only paywallong ps3 because it's streaming only. All ps1, ps2 and psp games are purchasable without +. You even get the games if yoy bought them on ps3.
