Yeah, and some classics will get framerate boosts and/or other enhancements.
With a little luck they'll double the fps in King's Field for glorious 20 fps gameplay.
They said there would be 120 classic games at launch, so I guess they'll expand the list later?
It's lacking i the classics game department though. Hopefully there'll be more before june.
I guess ps+ is supposed to give 2 hour access to all games above a certain price range, so I guess that's a way to try it out.
I'm not defending the lack of games in recent years. But if we look at studios owned by MS and games released in the last 2-3 years, there's a significant amount of stuff, so logically we'll get a tighter release schedule at some point.
But it's going to take time, that's the downside of buying studios and publishers that have pripr commitments. When they bought Inxile, they had to wait for them to finish a third party game they were currently working on...
Do we even know what Sony is planning aside from Gow and Wolverine + Spiderman 2 in the distant future. They've been very quiet.
It is a slow start, but there's no doubt the Series X will get a ton of exclusives by 2023 or perhaps 2024. At some point all the acquistions will pay off.
A lot of the studios they acquired were finalizing third party games, so obviously there's a slight delay before stuff happens.

Hard to tell, there's so much to choose from in Daggerfall. Like dungeons with teleporters leading to sections of the map where they accidentaly blocked the exit, skills that have no effect whatsoever and a broken quest in the story that prevents you from progressing without a patch (in the 90s!). That game is barely finished, filled with obvious loose ends and yet it's a lot of fun to play.
But I think Daggerfall as a whole is the biggest ...
They'll get away with all the bugs. They've never released a bug free game, even their Terimator games are broken af. But it'll probably still be pretty good in a lot of other aspects than its stability.
The thing is, Bethesda being Bethesda, they could stealthily release a new game and everyone would play it, they are on peoples radar and therefore don't need to create hype.
I considered an S, just for exclusives and old games, but have a feeling it would be fine now, but I'd probably regret it in a couple of years. It must have its limits, forutnately the difference in price isn't that noteworthy in the long run, atleast to me.
They could use all the stuff From created to make the game easier? Just like people who want a harder game could use all the options to make it harder.
Apart from the easy mode they allready included?
Just brcause it's not a point in a menu, doesn't mean it's not there. People whining about easy modes are just people who haven't played Elden Ring and who just wants to complain. Meanwhile FromSoftware is adding more and more options for newcomers in every game, making things easier and easier for people who wanted that easy mode.
They are listening, just doing things their own way. In Elde...
Unpopular opinion, so people don't think Sony will rope Play into one of the tiers?
Or is it Ubi+ being a part of either that is objectionable? Sony said they had support from all major publishers, so I'm not sure why I'd would be weird and MS obviously also has support.
Wouldn't be too surprised if both ubi+ and Ea play ended being available on both ps+ (tier 3) and Gamepass Ultimate.
As far as i can gather they expanded their ambitions and spent a lot of years working on tech. A couple of years ago i read that they had finally reached a point where they could start producing content, since then it seems to have been expanding.
I'm not following it closely, but I do know that the alpha is available and playable and apparently there's a whole lot to actually play in it. I don't think it's a scam, just an overly ambitous project with questi...
Four best horror games:
Yomawari: Midnight Shadows
Mundaun
Darkwood
Iron lung.
It's taking forever, but I can't help but hope that they someday pull it off. It's looking more and more like an actual playable game and not just a series of impressive but empty features.
They haven't said whether there'll be newly released multi platform AAA games, yet. The only thing we know about the future lineup is that it will include a couple of 2020 releases, and some carried over stuff from Now. We know nothing of how they plan to expand the service from month to month and we don't know what games will be added at launch.
Very limited, but they said the full list would be around 350 retro games, so hopefully they are saving the best retro games foe a separate post.
